The customer service at this particular store is hit and miss. I was there a couple of days ago, and the customer service was great. The customer service today started off terrible. I was returning an item I purchased online. The customer service representative started getting pissed off because a couple of people walked up to get in line. After she helped the first person, she stormed off with an attitude. I had to find an employee and ask her to send someone over to help me. The rep that came over to help us was very helpful and respectful. I think, I will stick to Amazon since they basically sell the same stuff and I do not have to put up with rude and unprofessional people while spending my money.

I have tried to contact everyone of the numbers available and yet not one person picks up and I have tried at several different times in the past 2 days. Yall cannot be this understaffed.

I visited this target last night and was so disappointed. They only had two people working, one on register and one on the self check out and it was insanely busy. Management needs to do better because I know those workers are probably overworked and exhausted!!!! Especially during this time of the year it’s crazy…..

Not the biggest Target. Limited on some grocery items. Too many self check out and to few manned cashier's.

Starbucks employee is rude and has horrible customer service. She is the one that is tattooed, long dark hair and has lip injections. She was very rude, and passive aggressive towards myself and my mother when we ordered our drinks. Hire people who have respect and know how to interact politely with others.

My son was granted a make a wish shopping spree and Target was our first stop. They went above and beyond to make him feel special. They decorated and gave him a welcome gift. Everyone here was nice and I'm so grateful.
