I put my xc90 in for AC repair on monday just to find out on Thursday when I picked her up, they tell me that another component is failing and needed to be replaced. I just paid $4000 to replace the evaporator and since they were not competent enough to figure out that a pump was failing while they had my car taken apart, I needed to spend another $2600 to fix this mess. Furthermore, instead of de-escalating the situation and try to explain why this happened and take ownership of the situation, the manager and Custer service seemed to be more concerned about correcting my understanding of the AC system. So that pissed me off even more. These people need to get a seminar about customer service. I find this place to be incompetent and I will NEVER come back here.

I love this car dealer. I drive up from Austin to have my car serviced here because they are efficient, helpful, and service-oriented. On a recent trip between Waco and Austin, my Tire Pressure light came on. I stopped by the dealer and they helped me out within 15 minutes and got me on my way. Top notch customer service!

Highly recommend this place and Drew Cizek specifically. Made a trip out from Houston and he was great from being on the phone on the front end to actually getting there and getting our armada. Will come back!

Absolutely ? the best experience my wife and I have ever had buying a vehicle. The staff was truly professional, empathetic, and willing to help us find the vehicle we wanted at the price point we wanted. Every process was negotiable and transparent!! No hiding the vehicle from us! No bait and switch!
If you're thinking of buying a vehicle from any dealer in Killeen, just do yourself a favor and check here first.

I had a very pleasant buying experience here. The sales rep was very detailed and very patient. They helped me with every step of the purchase process. The store manager, Bobby, and the finance manager, Terry, also helped me very much explaining the finance details and getting me a great value for my trade-in. The service team is extremely responsive, I had a call with Tyler and had a high impression of him. Bobby gets personally involved if the customers have concerns. I feel the entire team is very reasonable and very helpful overall. Thanks a lot, Garlyn team. You all take good care of your customers. I drive 1 hour to come to you because I trust you.

Have dealt with their service department on multiple occasions at current and past location on 3 different BMW’s we have owned. Each time dealing with service I am extremely disappointed with customer service aspect. I currently have free maintenance service due to buying new BMW from them, but after scheduling appointment for 10 yesterday, being told by person who answered phone and schedule appointment to pull into bay and wait in vehicle (they would come out according to her), it never happened so my husband walked in, leaving vehicle there for scheduled maintenance, which I was told on phone call would be 1 1/2 to 2 hours (reason I asked for shuttle service, which I ended up not using since my husband was available), then not receiving call about vehicle by 3, so I texted service representative, no reply, then called at 4 to find out what was going on, only to be told that they where only starting the oil change, car finally finished after 5pm, all said,, will drive to Austin and pay for the service on my car. Like I said, multiple experiences with them, 2nd on brand new BMW, none have been good. If I was closer to San Antonio I would continue to use them, but Austin is close enough and they are extremely helpful too.
Sorry if this should be under their BMW store specifically, but first place I came to for review. Nissan service not much better since my husband’s vehicle was a Pathfinder that was new from dealership in New Braunfels and moving up here we moved our service to Garlyn Nissan.

Drove there, and, early on a Saturday morning, they had my car checked out and safe to drive in just under an hour and a half, with the tech even coming out to show me what he did and what needed to be fixed later. Erika and Donovan did an EXCELLENT job at getting us back on the road quickly, and for a far lower price than expected.

Absolutely rediculous the Lack of customer service. The ließ they Tell you and Lack of reliability/dependabilty . I honestly Would give 0 Stars if i could. WE all Like out Money If U Like to basically get robbed by a company this is the one for you
