They took me in without an appointment and my anxiety kicked in ( I was in uniform) at it was packed ,the lady at the desk took care of everything for me even offering me water. I then saw the sign that we needed an appointment but they took us in anyway. Great place, great people!

This is my sweet Maltese, Coco. Her doctor is Dr Gosney, he is very gentle and accommodating. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

My mother brought the family cat here to be declawed. Any facility that claims to care about animals while performing this procedure is blatantly cruel. They also sent the cat home with no cone and now he has torn off one of his bandages. So disgusted by this place. Shame on you for performing unnecessary and cruel amputations.

Wonderful clinic, friendly and had my dogs CCL surgery repaired here, 100% good result, no more pain and he runs around like a puppy again. So happy I found them

Very nice people, we came in for a walk in appointment for vaccinations and the wait was minimal and the doctor was very nice! Made appointment to get spayed. Very affordable! Didn't feel a bunch of push for upwelling and needed services were affordable. Smells are strong so be ready if you have a sensitive nose. She was scared but handled it like a champ!

Took our Yorkie here as he was very sick to be put to sleep. The lady that checked us in, Christine, was friendly. They got us back fairly quickly and were patient with us while we said goodbye. They are partners with he crematorium and will handle that part as well. Would definitely recommend them, if you want reasonably priced and compassionate service.

This place literally saved my Chihuahua's life after it had been misdiagnosed by another veterinarian. These are compassionate, competent people. If you are anywhere within two hours of them, they are worth the trip.

Dr Gosney is an old-school vet in terms of NOT up charging for services you don't need. Trusted.

Took my dog to get xrays to confirm pregnancy. She was 6 week along, plenty of time for the puppy skeletons to show on xray. For whatever reason they charge $90 per xray image. I asked for 1 image. They took an image that was so poor you couldn't see anything. Then they took another image that was just as bad. Literally charging me because they aren't good at using their own equipment. Then they emailed me a link to view the images that didn't work, because it required a username and password. I called back and asked could they send them to me directly. The tech said she would send me the jpg images, and she never did. Avoid this place if you are a breeder. Wasted time and money going here.

We took our cat in with a broken leg. Was told a rod would fix it. After a 1400 surgical fee, and numerous visits, and more fees totaling well over 2,000, our cat's condition worsened. Dr. Gosney wouldn't even meet with us the last visits. We kept bringing him back to appointments untill we expressed our funds were running out. They were done with us. His leg was still infected, and we ended up having to go to another vet to have it amputated. Would never use this vet again.

Very pleased with the staff and office of this vet. New to town. Took in my 12 plus yr old pup for teeth clean. They did a great job. With teeth extraction it was only 253. Not terrible at all. She was there all day and I never doubted she was in great hands

This was my first and LAST time bringing my cats to this clinic. Since day 1 of me calling to make an appointment the ladies were rude and short with me. I took both my male and female cat to get neutered and spayed. At pick up time, the one who came out to give me my cats seemed like he knew very little of his profession. I asked if " head cones" were not needed for them to prevent them messing with their incisions and he looked confused and proceeded to say "No, I think they'll be fine" oddly enough I let it go and figured they're the experts then they know what they're doing. They did not provide me with post care instructions for my cats. They simply were not worth returning to give my service to.

I love bringing my dogs to Dr. Gosney he is Amazing with dogs, the front desk employees are very nice and always a joy to see... However, the grooming salon workers are very rude over the phone, they are never available anytime that I have tried to use the office as a one stop shop... As a customer if you can't provide your services that's fine but politely say so, don't bark at me in an aggressive tone... it's ok though because I will never ask again!!!!

I would not recommend this place to my worst enemies. A week ago, our fur baby became sick. She smelled bad and she was throwing up. My husband took her to Temple Veterinary Hospital; because of the COVID-19 he was unable to go in with her. He says she was in there 5 min no more than 10 min. She was brought back with 3 prescriptions, a $172 bill, and a diagnosis of mouth infection and should be brought back for teeth cleaning. The vet was Dr Gosney. That night she was still throwing up and looked worse. My husband took her back. This time she was there about the same time if not less. She was seen by Dr Cabral, who gave her 2 injections and another bill. She got much worse, that night she was panting and drank a lot of water but would not urinate. By morning her little belly was distended and she was lethargic. I called the vet again, he answered the phone. He asked me what the matter was this time. I was taken aback but for Sophie I didn't say anything even to my husband. He took her again. After waiting for 30 minutes and telling the assistants a number of times that it was an emergency, he called me. I told him to forget them we could take her to another vet. I remembered that there was one off of 5th Avenue and 190. I called them and after telling them the problem they scheduled her for a walk-in at 4 pm. Then after detailing the problems she told me to bring her in at 2. We took her in to Loop 363 Animal Hospital. The receptionist, the nurse and Doctor Boedeker could not have been nicer or more attentive. She took X-rays and then told us and showed us that our poor Sophie had a huge tumor in her liver. It was pushing on her heart. She was in a lot of pain and would not recover. We had to put her down. She was very sick and suffered needlessly because of Dr Cosney. As I said I would not recommend him and his clinic to my worst enemy.
