CROOKS. Do not do business with this credit union. They are unscrupulous in the way they do business. They claim I was $1.72 late one month, then charged me late fees for several months because of that. Their digital statements show absolutely zero late fees; they say it's reflected in their "internal" records which the customer has no access to. ILLEGAL & UNETHICAL. Federal disclosure laws require them to disclose all financial charges & credits on their statements. They claim they sent me an email saying I was late. Nope- no such email. I decided to use them for a car loan instead of my usual & dependable USAA. My intent was to support the local economy because locals work there. BIG MISTAKE

I recently opened an account with Texell and Mrs Romona was extremely helpful and nice. Her energy was amazing and she was very informative with the entire process! Thank you very much Mrs Romona for your help and the great energy you gave me even after leaving! ?

West Adams Texell provides excellent service every time i visit or call for all my banking needs. I have other accounts at other banks and there is truly no comparison. I hope in not missing anyone as i deal will all/most of employees that work there.Layton, Bethany, Brittany, Ramona and Kendra are all amazing.

Texell is by far one of the best financial institutions I have ever dealt with. They are very helpful and very nice every time I visit. Layton is an all-star and all the tellers at the counter are awesome! They’ve got my business for the long haul!

Bethany was very friendly and knew what she doing. I heard Texell’s interest rates were lower than what I currently had, she was able to quickly get me going and lower my rates and transfer balances. West Adams Branch is awesome.

Been banking with Texcell for 8 years now. Whenever I go into the bank I’m always greeted with a smile. Brittany M helped me get approved for my car loan with a better interest rate than the other banks.

I deal with most texell branches across bell county but my favorite branch is the West Adams location. Brittany is one of the best loan officers around and Jordyn is my go to at the counter. In all honesty everyone in that branch make an awesome team and everyone of them are very polite and helpful. Go check them out!

Get an account and the offers from credit cards to loans will be the best in town. Great customer service. Romana was amazing. She has an abundance of knowledge and honest. I recommend you next loan or just an account with Texell. The new app is right on as well.

I've gotten two different loans from texell the 1st one was very quickly going down like the zephyr until I got connected wit loan officer Layton Flynn, this gentleman understands when a person says they'll return a call or communicate some details time is of the essence. This loan officer gets it! Save yourself some time come to texell& ask for him. He gets a "Taking care of business" award!!

I have been a customer for a long time. I think about 20 years. Today I needed to deposit a check endorsed to me. They wouldn't do it. I'm not sure why. The check is very secure as it originated by the office od the attorney General. I will be moving my business elsewhere
