Very friendly and helpful with experience and not at all disappointed it has been a good feeling to go into a business and get greeted immediately with assistance and not having to wait or be the one to speak first. My experience was great and I would recommend them to anyone. Their mobile banking is easy to use as well.

Worst bank I have EVER delt with. The entire staff is under trained and communications within the bank itself are horrendous. One person will say one thing, then next person will say something else. Trying to get a return call is impossible. Management does ot care at all. They are all about making promises and then ot backing it up. Tracy at the 31st St. Branch is the fakest person you will ever meet. Lie right to your face with a smile. I filed a complaint with the credit union parent company and the attorney generals office after they illegally shut down my account. BEWARE OF THIS BANK.

I would like to applaud, a wonderful young man, Jacob Whitmire. He stepped outside of his box and went above and beyond trying to help a fellow member of Texell. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate his willingness to at least talk and make a few phone calls. Texell has a wonderful person team player employee coworker on your team. We have been so disappointed lately with other business locations. We have a CD coming due in October and we will be moving it to Texell because of her.

Staff is nice. But if they drop the ball it stays dropped. They don’t correct their mistakes. Customer service is horrrrrrrible. Called customer service to get further help and the supervisor told me to act professional…..How professional is that?? I am not employed by you nor are you my supervisor so I’ll act how I please. I am a member not employee so how dare you to tell me how to act. And that was a supervisor telling me that. How about y’all act professional and take care of your members. No apologies or anything. Shameful.

This is a deep state operation in full compliance with the Marxist Obama/Biden agenda. Not only do they report every transaction, monthly cash flow and account balances to the govt regularly, working closely with authorities on surveillance, they are heavily involved in getting as much money out to specific demographics only. After several eye opening experiences, I finally closed my account after being told that they have a qualifying credit score policy for many helpful services like mobile deposit. They are clearly on the forefront and paving the way for social credit scores and cashless society which will lock down your account and resources for to be determined issues, very similar to the goals and actions of the Chinese Communist Party nanny state.

We've done business with Texell for about ten years. Throughout that time we have had numerous car loans with them, personal loans, with a checking and savings account. Throughout that time, we've never had anything but exemplary service. We've never had anything "forced" on us, nor have we ever purchased anything on a loan that we didn't want or request. Online banking has generally worked as it should. Of course, as with any portal, there will be an occasional blip, but nothing that caused us any delay that cost us money. We can't say enough good about credit unions in general, but specifically, we're proud to call Texell a valued asset for our financial needs.

My first car loan experience was great. Home Equity loan and subsequent car loan experience have been terrible. Extremely slow process to get loan, once loan was acquired continued errors and issues. I don't recommend getting a loan through Texell.

We had a missing check on a deposit that we didn’t catch and ended up with $450 in NSF fees. The bank refuses to take the fees off and said that they would have collections call and see if they would work with us so we didn’t have to pay them all at once. They never called and when my husband called the bank, Rita was completely rude and refused to help us at all! This one experience proves that Texell does not care about their members at all but made sure to say thank for being a loyal customer, which we have been for 10 years! It’s sad that after ten years and no problems the bank won’t even do what they say they’re gonna do!!!!

Best auto loan rates we were able to get anywhere, by far. Super efficient. Fast. Reliable. Easy. Welcoming. Ganelle the loan officer was super wonderful to work with and made the whole difference in our experience. Would use again and recommend to anyone.

I received the best of service at this Credit Union than I have ever received at other financial institutions in my whole adult life. I have been a widow for 42 years, raised 5 boys to adulthood without any financial assistance from the government. I worked and did what I had to do and this is the first financial bank that has helped me prepare for myself in life. I have been amazed.

Apparently this bank's policy is if you deposit a "large" check they withhold your money from you for 10 days. I don't know about anyone else, but when I get paid I usually have bills to pay. I don't mind waiting 24 hours, but 10 days. I could understand if it was a personal check, but it wasn't. Maybe they do it differently if it's a direct deposit, I don't know. Anyways looks like I have to go back to my old bank.
