I went this morning to get some latches for my truck and Mr. Jim and the morning crew were so helpful and helped me put them in the back of my truck! Great customer service from the morning crew :)

Dog grooming station was disgusting. Standing water, water coating floor and grooming tables, hair, no disinfectant at all. No one cleaning between dogs. One broken tub and dryer. The working tub was gunky. Overall will not be coming back to this one.

Don’t waste time or money on the pet wash here. No door on the tub or steps/ramp to get in. No restraint systems to use as a third hand. Have been to another local TSC that actually had these convenience features which is why it’s a product worth paying for in the first place. Seems it’d be easy enough to spend one afternoon fixing these issues, but apparently they aren’t concerned.
Skip it, and save your money.

They don’t keep enough items in stock and whoever counts the stock should have been fired a long time ago. The wash station for dogs smells awful and there’s mold on the aprons. They don’t clean in between dogs. Y’all need to do better

This place is a joke. They have no garden seeds! They say they are seasonal. First time I’ve ever heard that excuse. It’s m first time back to TS since their DEI issues. I won’t be back.

John is a very professional and pleasant employee. I spoke to him over the phone the night before I delivered a load there. He helped confirm for me the path trucks need to take around the building to deliver. Guy that unloaded the truck in the morning (Short, with a mustache and greying hair) was the exact opposite. Rude, condescending, and frankly, extremely chauvanistic. Acted like it hurt him to move two pallets so I could bring the truck around the corner of the building. My company also requires us to put the first and last name of the receiver on our paperwork and also in sending our empty call, and he wanted to argue about that also. Wonder why he's afraid to give his name. 🤔 Like I told him, I didn't care what his name was, it's just procedure. However, when you're in the Woman-Hater's Club, you are ashamed of your name, I guess. 😂

I recently went to the tractor supply in Temple Texas I was so disappointed I want to leave this review because this is just ridiculous if you work as a manager and you see you have a line of 10 or more customers no matter what you're doing I feel that you should stop and try to help your employees that are struggling to make your customers experience more better however I asked the lady who are you she said I'm the manager but I'm leaving and I can't help anyone I couldn't believe that she had the goal to say that but she did she left and left all her employees stuck with a long line of customers waiting and frustrated this is just ridiculous this is just the type of customer service that is given at the temple tractor supply. I wanted to make sure I heard her correctly that she was the manager she said yes ma'am I am the manager I believe her name is Brynn. Shame on you tractor supply for hiring people like this customer service should be all about your business because that's how you make your money and it's just a shame that no one knows anything there you can ask them questions and they're like let me see if I can find somebody to help you or you just can't find anyone especially the manager!!?

Pretty good store. Giving it 5 stars because they have been good to me thus far. I buy a lot of different items from this location. From welding supplies, lawn care, to chicken food and accessories. I dont have any current pictures, but I have also purchased large food storage containers and large water bowls now that the chickens are grown.

Great customer service. It's hard to get that nowadays. The lady was very helpful without me even asking for help. My receipt says Jessica, but I'm not sure if that was her or not. She helped me in the store and then was cashier when I went to pay.

The disconnect between your app and the store is difficult to overcome. The in-store refusal to check on an order is pretty infuriating as well. What if the app is behind or hasn’t been updated? Plus the fact you don’t carry newer Standlee or Triple Crown products in store ….especially in Temple. I don’t usually bother with giving a negative review but here ya go.

Worst experience ever when it came to calling the store to find out what breeds of chickens I bought over the weekend ? they literally have breed names on the tins and it's on your inventory sheets.... yall don't know what your selling and answer the phone in a rude fashion even hung up when I asked to speak to someone else nicely. Well not buying from here no more ... nope.
