Don’t ever shop here. There is a much better second hand store just down the street on main. This store has incredibly rude staff with nasty attitudes and even nastier clothes. You’re better off going somewhere else.

I have been in this store many times in the year I've been in the Temple area. My first few experiences were great which is why I kept going back to shop and to drop off a huge lot of men's, women's ans kids clothing in higher end brands. Since then, the last 6 months it seems like the owner is very unhappy with her job/business. I tried on a few items in store and she was extremely rude when she told me NOT to out the items back on the rack (which is normal for me since I used to work retail) and insisted by yelling at me in a rude tone. My husband was with me and witnessed it and mentioned how he didn't think that was very nice of her. Today I call to find out about a check from selling clothes to them from this past April, she insisted my paperwork from that day had a future date of check pickup-we are talking about a 6 month period and I did not ever see a check pickup date on the 4 page list she gave me. I almost lost my check because it expires after 3 months and she tells me they don't call you to tell you that your check is ready ? so it was on the paperwork from 6 months ago? I currently have no clue where that paper is she gave me so I can't double check to see if the pickup date is there. Odd but I'm tired of her rude attitude and I will not be going there to shop anymore after this. I was planning to bring more clothes in for Winter but not now. (Estimated $397 in April but in July had a check for $122 for me) I'm just finding out 9/18/23.

Just pay attention to when they have designated days of the week, by appointment and they'll sell those items. I made a few bucks myself. They'll even send you text msgs to let you know when they're having special sale days. When you visit sign the book they'll keep you informed. Nice people are there to help you. Check it out!!

I needed new clothes and and went here. I found a cute dress, skirt&cardigan. I really like shopping here. This place has a great selection of clothing for adults and kids. The jewelry and watch bins are neat! They have a lot of items for home decor, too. I recommend this store to anyone living in Temple or just visiting.

First stopping by very nice place but not with staff. We made the mistake of taking hangers off before paying the lady with short hair was very rude when letting us know about hangers are not to be left on racks. No signs about hangers would help and add she said it's because she's hurting and in pain I would suggest to be a professional and not take it out on customers. Don't forget hang signs for new comers to the store and you won't have to deal with that problem any more. It would have helped you apologize for your rude attitude.

Been going to this store since I was a child with my mom. She continued taking her grandchildren when she was able to drive. So I'm trying to keep the tradition going by taking my girls and sometimes their friends. My mom loved Lisa dearly and loved shopping at her store!!

I come here quite a bit with some friends and occasionally my mom, don’t get me wrong I love the store. There’s always cool things hidden with good prices.My only issue is the blonde woman up front, she ALWAYS meets us with a condescending voice and ugly look without fail. I understand if someone is having a rough day… we all have them. but at least be a little kinder to people who are supporting your business. I’m never disruptive or disrespectful in the store but for some reason I’m met with such unwarranted attitude. It’s so uncomfortable, and as nice as I try to be to her it just doesn’t suffice. Probably won’t be coming back at all.
