I’m mortified at the piercing my little cousin came home with…. shallow and crooked far beyond what’s explained by swelling. I read the reviews here to see they also recommend antibacterial soap but not NEILMED? No professionals would ever recommend using soap.

I had my earlobes done. It was very quick and very easy. Just breath in and out through your nose and it will be quick and easy. It doesn’t hurt that bad at all. The lady was very nice and quick at piercing. I would recommend it is very sterile. If your looking to get your ear pierced you should get it here.

I had a really good experience here. Everyone was very friendly! Make sure you show the promo if there is one you saw online. T was the one who pierced my nose. Overall very good experience!!! Definitely recommend!

I came back to this place expecting Krystal to pierce my ears, however, I’m assuming she doesn’t work there anymore and they have a new lady? She not only pierced my lobes crooked but made very rude remarks throughout the process. I verbalized the extreme pain she caused me when tugging on my ears to put in each earring and she made a comment like, “Well I’m not touching you so it shouldn’t be hurting.” She even went about telling me how the cleaning solution that they have sold for years and I myself use for piercings to this day isn’t good to use and she, “Doesn’t know what Krystal told me in the past…” but that method isn’t right and I should use soap instead when that exact shop told me in previous years not to ever use antibacterial soap bc of how easily it can collect germs ... All in all this experience was nowhere near my other previous experiences

my piercer was T and she was COMPLETELY unprofessional. she kept telling me about her colleagues very personal life, was rude to me AND pierced my lip crooked. Krystal was my last piercer and i really wish i would’ve gotten her, krystal is amazing and very very professional.

I just got my bellybutton pierced almost a week ago and my experience with Krystal was amazing she did a great job on the piercing and she was very nice and my piercing is healing better than I ever though it would I would absolutely recommend Krystal for all your piercing needs
