Non existing customer service or empathy to just be a good person at this location. I went to this location with an Amazon return it was a heavy 50lb pool chemical so I used the handle to make it easier to carry. The lady at the front counter was agitated because the box was not sealed and she even mentioned I wouldn’t be able to use that box because it was open, I asked her if I could borrow her tape to seal the box and she replied I could purchase a roll of tape, I asked again can I just use your tape it’s sitting right here on the counter and she reluctantly taped the box. I pulled up the return label on my phone and she refused to scan and told me I would have to go home to print the label or I could pay $2 for her to print it , I asked her to just scan it like every other place does but she refused. When I asked to see the store policy she was even more agitated and said I could call the owner if I had a problem. I tried to show her the return police from Amazon it says to drop off at UPS i5 does not say to prime out three label, the bar code is so it can be scanned. Just a terrible over all experience.

To say the CSR was helpful would be an understatement. He made my shipment process go as smooth as possible and I was in and out of the UPS store in less than 10 minutes.

Just drove all the way over to this UPS store, and waited in line, instead of a Walgreens or some other store that could do a passport photo. If you don’t do passport photos, then take it off your damn sign!

I've been coming yo this same UPS store for over a year and there is always good customer service, they help you out with everything and provide you all the information you need. I love it.

Notary services at this location are only available during when a majority of people are at work, M-F 8am-5pm, Sat 9am-3pm...hope this helps someone else who doesn't leave work early trying to come get in line and miss the cutoff by 5mins and the lady reject you after waiting in their line for 10mins. I was in the building by 5pm! Because these notary service times are not listed anywhere...but advertised on Google Maps and UPS signage in the building. So now I'm heading over to the Belton location who actually answered their phone to confirm and said they'd be available until 630pm to do Notary services.

Always a great experience at this UPS store, whether it's a complicated package or simple drop off. I came by during the lunch rush today to drop off my package and there was no line. No issues

I would like to extend a personal “Thank YOU” to the employee name Jonathan. I needed some actions on some documents that the local hospital required. I was greeted immediately upon my arrival to the store. He walked me through the process and was very polite and courteous. He went above and beyond with his last action of ensuring I got what I needed expeditiously. I wan in and out in less than 5 minutes and able to make it back to the hospital. Thanks again for making it an easy process.

The lady in the counter today is soo lazy. I drop my package on the counter. They wont accept it because the barcode is not clear. There is a tracking number below the barcode. Because she is so lazy to type it in she return back my package and she want me to reprint my label.

Happy to see that they were fully staffed the week of thanksgiving. They had 5 employees that I could count, 3 at the counter, 1 helping customers in the foyer and one moving packages. Probably a few more in the back. All of this helped make the line a short wait. Everyone knows that standing in line for a long time with an understaffed store is one of the worst things. The employees say sir and ma'am and they're speedy at their jobs.

Tried to get a car title notarized and was refused service without reason and this young guy had a hostile demeanor for no reason. Completely unacceptable. Went to PNC bank and got notarized in 5 mins for free.
