“My son bought a Buick Enclave from Rick and Stephanie about a month ago. They were both amazing to deal with it, no pressure. We have no issues involving there dealership he loves he Enclave, but we are having issues with the extended warrant we purchased for the car. After about 2 weeks the A/C stopped blowing cold air so we took it in to have it charged. The mechanic told us there was something else wrong that it was fully charged, took it to Buick dealership they told us what the issue was, and they reached out to the extended warrant company. They came back and said it was an pre exsiting issue and wasn't covered by the warranty. It's going to cost us $1600.00 out of pocket. Just be aware of the extended warranty.”
