The very few times I've needed to go to the post office, they've been very helpful and made sure I had everything I needed. No complaints.

My car tags were listed by Informed Delivery as being delivered but they were not and I need them. Impossible to talk to a live person on the phone to get this looked onto.
Other mail that was not important has not been delivered either
