The experience was great because they were so kind to take up their time to help us. It was fun on the other hand because we laughed together about my embarrassment over there Reese’s savings jar I had been using…Now I have my own “Piggie bank” that will remind me of this moment.

Truly, I have been banking here for the past 10+ years with exceptional service. Yane has been a constant source of help with any banking need I have ever encountered and has without hesitation displayed great patience with my ignorance.
Charlie, now retired was a great encouragement to her and these ladies as the branch manager and I’m certain that continues to be a theme as both Sherry and Fabiola have exhibited the same customer service one could only ask for having watched Yane model that level of genuine care.

The branch manager at this bank made our visit seem less. She was helpful, professional, and was excellent at her job. If you need good service, ask for Yane Trevino.

Super friendly staff and it’s always a breeze getting in and getting out! Yane and the rest of the staff greet you promptly and warmly not sometimes but all the time!! Overall a great bank that never complains about giving me money?
