Was some wait time in the beginning but overall my experience was good. I left my phone on top of my car and the semi truck behind ran it over. And the ladies here got me hooked up with a new phone and got me going. Thank you ladies.

I came into this store to get my phone activated after an Apple Store repair. I spent HOURS in an Austin Verizon store and on the phone with customer service, tech coaches, and the fraud department trying to get this done. No one was able to help. I was so ready to switch companies. We stopped by this verizon as a final attempt and got it done. We were instantly greeted and told they’d be with us ASAP as both reps were with customers. Bryanna came to help us and patiently listened as he explained the whole situation. She gladly offered to help even with the possibility of it still not working. It took about 5 minutes and she had the phone activated with no issues. Grateful for her patience and willingness to help!

The worst experience I have ever had at a Verizon store.
Techs are inexperienced, and we're unable to resolve simple issues.
Not enough product in store. As in the guy told me they didn't have screen protectors for a 25+
Staff have no idea when shelves are restocked.
Im told I can't have a phone delivered to the store for instore pickup.
I am livid. It felt as though they didn't want to have any customers in store.

Walked in with Kelsey greeting and assisting immediately. Kelsey was so professional and took care of the need of a new phone. This was the quickest and best experience I've ever had in this store.

Horrible experience. STOOD waiting for two hours while watching employees sit and chit chat with each other and walk in and out the front door basically doing everything EXCEPT moving through their line of customers. Only to be told they can't figure out the issue with my service. I absolutely have had the worst experiences with Verizon over any other carrier I have ever had. I wouldn't choose this carrier again if they were the last one on earth.

Definitely the most shady Verizon store I’ve been to. They just want to try to get you to add lines you don’t even need so they look good. Then tell you how they’re helping you save money , but just wait it shows up later / on your next bill. I’ve been with Verizon for 4 yrs. Verizon is good, this store is Not.

I had to go back and forth to this sorry excuse of a store because my number could not be ported to a new carrier and NONE of the employees could be bothered to do any trouble shooting. I finally figured it out myself; I had number lock activated.
Not only that, one of the white employees made a distasteful “joke” as I went to sit down. One of the security alarms went off by the phone counter (I wasn’t anywhere near it) and she had the nerve to make a “joke” asking if I was trying to steal a phone. I didn’t laugh and didn’t think it was funny at all, seeing as I was the only black customer in the store at the time and everyone kinda got quiet and was just looking at me. I have never felt so uncomfortable in a place of business until now. She said it loud in front of the whole store. Inappropriate. Learn to do your jobs instead of trying to play comedian.

On 12/20 (~1800-2000), I spent approximately two hours at this Verizon location attempting to resolve an issue that stemmed from an upgrade I completed over two months ago. This issue, through no fault of my own, led to the suspension of all devices on my account, several of which I use to conduct business on a daily basis. Unfortunately, the manager at this location was not only unhelpful but also unprofessional throughout the process. To make matters worse, as I left the store, clearly frustrated after an unresolved experience, the manager laughed as I exited the building. This behavior was both disheartening and entirely unacceptable. I have been a loyal Verizon customer for over 5 years and am also a Business Verizon customer as well - I can assure you that as soon as I am able to financially, I will take my business elsewhere. Potential Customers that are looking to switch to Verizon, buyers beware, especially with upgrading devices and/or deals as they will lie to your face to make the sale and you will be responsible for cleaning up the mess, in addition, I would avoid visiting this Temple location!

If there was an option to give less then one star then I would have. It is very unfortunate that this store and its management could care less to help customers who have bought phones from them. My wife and I bought two new iPhone 15 pro max. We had issues from week one. Our phones drop calls almost every time we are using them. I use my phone for work and it is imperative to get service due to working in hospitals. I have been to the Temple office on several occasions to fix this issue and each time we leave with no solution as well as the manager giving zero option for help except to say they have no technical support and will not be able to help. He has a rude demeanor and could care less if we have struggled for almost a year with this. We have called in and still the issue can not be fixed. Word of warning, if you live in the Belton area you will have nothing but trouble with your phone, no service and zero help.
My wife was given a https site to go to from the owner and a reference ID number yet that doesn’t work either.
We are totally baffled why they will sell you a new phone snd service yet don’t tell you up front there are just not enough towers to keep service in Belton area.
To the OWNER…… please do not reply with the same https link you left my wife, it dies not work. Please look up our phone number and call us personally so we can resolve this issue.

Little sister had issues with her new replacement iphone(backstory involved getting her phone stolen last Saturday). We went here instead of our usual store because I've heard it's better to go to a actual company store vs a authorized retailer and honestly I agree! The guy who helped us here was awesome plus the customer service guy we talked to on the phone!
Verizon Temple just became our go to when dealing with phone issues!

At this location, 50% of the staff is VERY DISRESPECTFUL, SARCASTIC, and FLAT OUT RUDE!!! Never have the equipment YOU ARE GOING TO PAY FOR.
FURTHERMORE verizon IS OVERRATED, YOU DON'T HAVE COVERAGE EVERYWHERE!!
I WISH I COULD GIVE YOU a ZERO star.

Unfortunately there is not many employees to include the manager that are helpful. I went in to get on a Verizon plan, they sold me two new phones and I have had nothing but horrible service since day one. Come to find out, Belton TX has terrible service due to not having enough towers. I have been in this store no less then five time and each time I am told there is nothing they can do for me. The manager is condensing and is absolutely zero help. Is attitude has rubbed off on his employees because the first thing they will say is to call customer service and offer no help at all. It a shame they will sell you a phone but you are screwed if you need their help with anything. If you live in the Belton area I would suggest not using Verizon as phone service. Our calls are dropped no less then 10 times a day and the phone locks up so for about a minute and a half you can’t call out and no one can call in. A year later, five times in the Verizon store, no less then 20 plus calls to customer service and I am still in the same situation as day one with absolutely zero help from anyone in the Verizon store. One thing for sure is Verizon could care less about customer service or fixing these issues. They are more then happy to sell you a phone and the office is really nice if they can sell you service but you better pray you don’t have issues or you are totally screwed .
