I have used Walgreens for 15 years now at least. This is the best facility I have experienced to date. I highly recommend this store to my friends, family, and anyone needing pharmaceuticals. The staff is always friendly, convenient, professional, and most importantly quick!

This is the best Walgreens I have ever been to. The pharmacy technician named Sean and another very kind young woman who I didn’t get the name of helped me and they went above and beyond. Also the pharmacist was INCREDIBLE! She called and spoke with me and I could tell she truly cared about me and my well being as a patient. When I picked up she came and spoke with me face to face and it truly made my entire day. I’ve never felt that cared for from a pharmacy. They were the kindest people. I will definitely enjoy seeing them again.

Zero stars would not recommend! Worst pharmacy in Temple. Manager Ms. Jackson is rude and has zero customer service skills. Medications are never ready when the app says they will be ready. When you call and follow up the employees are rude and unhelpful. Because of this I have decided to switch pharmacies. My new pharmacy has been trying to get them to transfer our prescriptions for two days with no luck. Disappointed that this pharmacy has gone down hill so badly.

All the employees are wonderful good customer service Yvonne is just such a sweetheart a beautiful person inside and out I love working with her she is so helpful always going out of her way to help me I just want her to know she is an amazing person and so professional thank you Yvonne for always making me feel welcome

They will false advertise they are incompetent. They have a product on the shelf for one price and then it will ring up for a different price and will not honor the price. The manager has no customer service skills she’s absolutely trash.

Care how long they make you wait they will empty the trash and do all the chores while you sit there Frequently screw up the directions therefore making the insurance company deny the medication terrible service

Possibly the absolute slowest pharmacy I have ever used. I have repeatedly been in line at this pharmacy for more than an hour at a time.
Not only is the pharmacy slow, but I have also ran into multiple issues with them misplacing my medication and waiting for them to refill the prescription.
The staff, most but not all, does not have any sense of urgency. Most of the staff moved at one pace and I believe this contributes to the wait times.
Other issues, like not having medication available, I won’t count against them because I understand that may not be completely within their ability or power to change.
I have waited in line so long multiple times that I was just forced to leave and come back another day because I couldn’t wait in line for more than 2 hours while I have other responsibilities to deal with. Many people that I have spoke to in line have stated they always experience incredibly long wait times to pick up their prescriptions.
Hopefully the staff or supervisor at this establishment can take this review and use it as motivation to change it for the better. Medication accessibility is difficult as it is, having to wait hours at a pharmacy for a medication that has been prescribed should be the least of anyone’s worries.

Claudia was incredibly rude. However, Yvonne was so very sweet and I could tell she cared about the fact I was picking up lidocaine patches. I had just gotten out of the ER for rotator cuff issues. I'm in serious pain, and it's just crappy for someone in customer service being rude to you. Yvonne, thank you for being so kind.
1 star for Claudia.

On September 19/2024 my allergy doctor sent a prescription to the Walgreens in Temple Texas. And as of today 09/25/2024 I have not received any response either by email or by the Walgreens app about my medical prescriptions (sometimes they say they did not receive anything) Could you tell me what is happening?
