I’ve been sitting in the drive-through for 20 minutes. There’s a truck that’s been sitting there sending something back back-and-forth to the tube. I can’t imagine what kind of transaction they’re trying to do through the drive-through the take this long. I’m not even close to being able to send my check to them yet. My house payment might be late by the time I get up there.

Customer service is horrible. They tried to keep my driver license until I went in the bank and told them I have camera footage of me putting it in the bank bag. They are a huge waste of time.

If I could give negative 5 stars I would. Just left this branch and the level of disrespectful and poor customer service my mother was treated with is crazy. It’s 920 in the morning and both the tellers attitude was uncalled for.

Mina opened a checking and savings account for my teen son today. She was patient, explaining everything to him, making small talk, asking questions to see he understood. I appreciate her effort very much. This is how banking should be. Thank you, Mina.

I’m not sure what her name is but I will update the next time I go into the branch.
I recently moved my account from Chase Private Client to the Wells Fargo Premiere Banking. I went to open an account for my wife and this lady had an attitude from the jump.
She made it a point not to greet me as we walked to her desk and attempted to act as if my questions weren’t important.
She then began to give me an attitude after I politely requested to open a joint account as well.
Long story short when I began to adjust her attitude she got up and said she wasn’t going to open the account.
Luckily that was the best situation because although she stated she didn’t have time to open one more account, we were able to open 6 with another banker.
I’m going to do what I can to get her fired, it’s going to take some time but as soon as she’s gone I’ll update this to a 5 star review because the rest of the staff is excellent.

Why is it, on FRIDAYS at lunch time, there are only 2 tellers working, and a line nearly to the door? 2 handicapped people waiting in that line! Can't someone wait until AFTER the lunch rush? This SUCKS!

This bank in Temple is ridiculous and terrible. There're slow and the un professional. If there was no stars thats what i would have put. They close down for 4 days because they air conditioner hroke and then they Commercial lane has been down for weeks. How does a million dollar business not keep their business up and running correctly. If you complain to them they tell you can go somewhere else.

They do not provide notary services “for customers” as they said on the phone. They only notarize the signatures OF customers.
If you need something notarized here and ANY of the signatories is not a customer, you’re out of luck.
Bank anywhere else.
Edit: someone responded like they care. They do not. Changing banks is a pain. Leaving Wells Fargo is worth it.

No one answers the phone in this branch. I called multiple times yesterday and today. After selecting the option to speak to a banker, the phone rang for several minutes before going to the 800 customer service line. The customer service line is unable to answer my question because it is specific to this branch. Customer service suggested that I schedule an appointment because the branch is supposed to call back prior to the appointment. I had to schedule an appointment in hopes they call to answer my question before I go into the branch. This is horrible customer service.
