I’ve been to all the anytime fitnesses in this area and by far the Terrell location is the nicest, cleanest, friendliest, and best maintained and staffed of them all. The manager Jack truly cares about the gym, its cleanliness and organization, and the members that go there, hands down the best management of any gym I have been to.

This gym is amazing. It's always clean. Equipment is always working. Bathrooms are clean. I can't say enough great things. It's small but it has enough to get the job done.

They don't tell you everything when you sign up. I told the girl that signed me up that I worked 8-5. Found out that I can't tan if I'm not here 15 min before staff leaves. Then I was told if I was here before 6:45 that I could tan. It is now 5:50 and I was just told that I can't tan because the staff member is leaving. Now I'm stuck in this membership that I can't even use fully. I guess at least I can still work out. Not professional at all.

Chose this gym as it was close to my work, but almost immediately, my situation changed and I went to cancel my membership. Had problems upon problems doing so with a staffer who has since been let go for other reasons. Finally got in touch with the manager, Wendy, and I couldn't recommend someone more. Not only did she immediately take care of my issue (which was pretty complicated), but was understanding, helpful and apologetic. She was a pleasure to deal with. If only I was still able to go there, I'd be happy to.

One of the cleanest Anytime Fitness gyms I've been to. Never crowded and management is extremely helpful and nice.

Gym is well organized, clean. Good, working equipment. Possible to find times early morning, and early afternoon that are not crowded with easy access to equipment. Manager is great.

This is a clean gym with a friendly atmosphere and the front desk (Jack) is very helpful in assisting customers.

Clean environment in workout area--shower area clean except sometimes people leave their soap & shampoo in the shower area. This is easy to do because you want to get dressed quickly so others can use the shower. Yes--I'm guilty of that.
