This was my first visit to an Arby's in decades. A friend of mine was craving their sandwiches so I offered to pick it up for her. I decided to order as well and set up an account on the app. The app kept kicking me out of my order. I had to use the website instead. As I waited for my order, I noticed that it was over 3 minutes from the time it said it would be ready. I didn't hear anything happening in the kitchen and finally, an employee came up to see if I'd been helped. I said I had an online order I was waiting for. She checked and the order was all ready but left under the heat lamps unattended. The cook came out, held out his arms and said, "Sorry. That was my fault." I might have forgiven that if the food wasn't tough to chew and missing the cheese. I ordered the chicken sliders. I agree with other customers that the portion was small for the price. I guess I should be grateful for the offer of 50% off my first order. My first impression of this location was very disappointing. Don't think I'll return.

Food just doesn't have any flavor or the quality like it used to. More bread than meat. Cheese has no flavor. Cutting corners gonna cost in the long run. Won't be thinking of them as an option next time I'm hungry!

Not this one in Terrell ! Sadly we came to get two orders of the 2 fir 7! Americans sandwiches! Which we did just a couple of days back! We requested no lettuce no tomato ! We were told they sandwiches are not premade , but to not get lettuce and tomato on them was an extra charge!
That’s a blatant lie it was done a couple of days ago . It’s less cost and less work not to put it on the bun. Shame on the hateful female on the women thru ten minutes ago ! Now they won’t answer their phone ! No wonder this Arby’s suffers for business! My number is 214-546-1110 is Arby’s management actually cares . Since no phone calls are being answered! It’s a shame I like arbys !
