The girl did clearly not want to sell me a new phone, had major attitude and was just rude. You could tell I was very much bothering her trying to buy a phone. She said I had to have the account holder with me, even though I am an authorized user on the account. Told me they couldn’t ship a phone to my house, only to the store. I ended up leaving and going to a different store where I had zero issues.

We've been to this location previously and really haven't had any issues. However, I did go earlier this month to do a trade-in on my device for the new iPhone. It's been a couple of week since I stopped by the store for this, I've received the new phone and haven't heard anything from AT&T about sending back my old device or anything regarding the trade-in for that matter. So i contacted AT&T online today and it turns out, a trade-in was never processed. The sales rep (EMILY R) just ordered the new phone. Now I'm having to jump thru hoops to get a trade-in set up.
Not to mention the fact that she was yawning the entire time she was helping us out. I'm not sure what the issue was there, but i just let it go thinking she was truly being helpful.
Will not be back to this location.

I had issues transferring my old number to a prepaid AT&T account. Dionnee went above and beyond to help me set up my account, and I really appreciate her effort. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to keep the number I wanted to transfer—the account shows it as reserved, but I can’t use it after activating the eSIM.
All that said, thank you Dionnee for your time and for creating a new account so I can finally use my phone again.

Israel was very helpful and professional. We came to upgrade my iPhone but Israel also assisted us with adding internet service. It ended up being a great deal and savings! His co-worker Ramir helped some, he was very nice too. Great experience!

The rep had us save over $100 on our phone bill and we were able save an additional $50 on cashing in on our unused phones. When you hear about reps that go above and beyond to help you out is what he did. Thank you AT&T for reps like him.

I wish I had never decided to use this store to transfer my lines. I'm honestly beyond frustrated with the process of trying to get my bills corrected after my initial night at this location in January.
I was helped by an employee I thought was knowledgeable of the process. We were there several hours and did not leave with all lines working. After several more visits to the store, cancellation of lines, and opening new lines I thought I was good. Due to her initial mistake, I'm now dealing with inflated bills because AT&T is such an automated system.
So after at least 4 different calls with AT&T I'm still dealing with her intial mistake that night. While the manager was nice enough and set up new lines, her lack of initial training has cost me money and time. If I could go back and avoid this store I would. If I wasn't so heavily invested in AT&T at this point I would just cancel service.
