I needed a new phone and went to the Terrell store! I hated going because I always got bad service there. BUT not today!!! Sheice (sp) I hope I spelled it right was sooooo helpful and answered all my questions. Got me all set up. I needed a new phone cover and we walked to where they were and I said I need something I can see and we both reached for the same cover!! It was a great experience! If you go to the Terrell store ask for her!!! You won't regret it!!!!!

I would not trust this location. A representative signed up my husband for a service for a trail camera in January that wasn't needed. They said it wouldn't cost any money. Then we received a bill for a service we never used. Then they were not able to cancel and said we had to call customer service. We've called AT&T 3 times. Each time the rep said our service was canceled and the charges were reversed. However, we still are receiving emails saying we need to pay the bill. This has been so frustrating and I've waited so much time on the phone. The issue is still not resolved.

Ramir the new manager at the store was very kind and helpful. He solved my problem quickly. I recommend this store for your AT&T purchases because he went above & beyond to help me.
