I could not be anymore thankful for the most wonderful employees of this Autozone specifically Mary.P
I had to stop where I had no idea where I was just trying to get to my family for a funeral and my car was about to breakdown, being alone as a young woman is extremely terrifying having no one you know near to help.
Mary did a diagnostic check and immediately took action to fix the problem and she did! Just like that. I am thanking the Lord for letting Mary be here at the time I stopped.
Mary needs a much deserved raise Autozone, you have got a boss woman working for your company here in Terrell, Tx and it needs to be known :)
Thank you again Mary for being such a wonderful person. God bless ❤️

It seems that Everytime I go into this store the phone is ringing off the hook, a lime of customers, and more coming in. The employees always have a smile and try extremely hard to do their best. I would hope that management would realize that more employees are needed to help out.

workers have absolutely no idea what theyre doing. i sent my wife to pick up a part for me, and the worker was so confused i had to call and help them find it, but they worker had no clue what he was doing, and even told me "why didnt you come do it yourself" so im very upset.

I needed my license plate lights replaced for my truck and Lynn Smith did a fantastic job! She went outside in the cold weather and replaced the bulbs quickly and efficiently. She was very happy to help and pleasant to speak with! 10 out of 10 highly recommend her service was amazing!! Thank you, Lynn!
