Ashley is absolutely wonderful! I have been getting the wrong shade of concealer for too long and I've always been hesitant to ask for help but when ms Ashley greeted me I was thinking lemme ask and see if she could shade match me! She picked out an affordable product and tried 2 on me! thank you so much :)

I have been purchasing here since they opened. Spent hundreds of dollars here. Come to return an item that I’ve had less than 30 days because it’s a terrible eyeshadow product called revolution that does not stay at creases and has too much fallout. For whatever reason they don’t show it in my profile when I use my phone number every single time I come in for all my purchases.
With that said they wanted to offer me two dollars and change for a return when it’s the same exact product on the shelf. I will not only never purchase from here again I will not purchase from Ulta.

Best Location!! Will make the extra drive to shop here, employees are very helpful, plus store is always clean. If they don't have something in stock they will go above and beyond to see what other location has it or, offer to ship it directly to my house free shipping!! In the salon which is amazing as well, they also do ear pricings and even have a brow bar for brow waxing/tinting/lamination etc.

Asked who I’m guessing was the “boss” or “manager” of the night if they had a certain pallete in stock even showed her a picture and she based the availability on the website. Was bummed because it was “out of stock”. BUT! I’m glad I kept looking down rows because with complete shock and happiness we found that pallete that was “out of stock” on a random small shelf with about 5 of them! Don’t always trust those workers who base it off of the website!!!!!! Look around just in case!

This location has some incredibly rude employees--specifically Alex and Janet. They are not friendly, act like they don't want to help customers, and seem annoyed at everything and everyone. I will gladly drive further to another location than deal with their attitude.

I love Ulta products which is why I gave it a 3 but man they got some dumbbutts working there. Two white ladies had the door lock at 10:05 on a Saturday. I was outside in the rain begging them to let me in because the store is supposed to be open at 10 and it's freaking raining on me. I had left my foundation at home when we rushed out to go to a wedding in Louisiana and we just happened to stop by the chickfila for breakfast. I was happy to see there was Ulta next to it and was listed on the app & store door to open at 10. Wasn't expecting to beg with employees to come in from the rain til 10:10.
