Reason I'm leaving this comment because my sweet old mother went and we drop off a washer they replaced a part got it back still was not working properly was not even a week and sent it back and now they said it was the transmission and the washer is no good no more so why was she not refunded her money back I have a feeling they knew it was not going to work makes no since

I am only leaving this review to warn people about their website. I booked an appointment online (website says you can) and it even gave me the option to pay in advance for the basic service call. Thankfully I chose to pay in person. I called TWO days later because I never received any confirmation and the woman that answered said they don't do online bookings and didn't even know they had a website. I do not know how their repair service is but wanted to warn people not to do anything online on their website. Also, they do not service Samsung appliances if anyone is checking for that specifically

Dave's always been there to help us. Right now, he's swapped. I should of called him back already, and I will. You know how we old folk are we've got that CRS Disease lmbo.Well, I did call back. Like I said, I would. They came to the rescue, our ice machine is working again, and we didn't have to take out a loan on the house, hahaha. I'm a fix it guy. My 15 yr old washer quit working, I went though my process to figure out the issue.Went to the store and ordered the part, I thought was bad, ask their opinion on what I was doing. They thought I was on the right track, even pointed me in other directions if that wasn't my problem.Got home and 20 minutes later, I was doing laundry!These folks are great!They have my business.Always be polite, and grateful for pro's who will give you a little advice without wanting something extra.Thanks guys!
