Love this Buc-ee’s! The only issue I have is with such a high food volume why the tiny condiment bar, that is never filled. We bragged to friend about the food took them to visit this afternoon. We approached the condiment bar and asked a young woman for salsa as it was empty, she hesitated looked at the bar and said we don’t have anymore. This usually would not be a big deal, but this is the third time that I have had this exact experience. Burrito is 8+ a little pricey so if it comes with condiments they should be available.

Love this location. Carwash is perfect and located in the back with easy in and out access. Parking on the carwash side is always better imo. Buccee comes out at 11am to walk the store. Great selection of snacks and house items I don't need, but always want!

I absolutely do not appreciate the Buccees signage being like 200 yards across an entire shopping center from the actual buccees with no other directional signage offered.
Really easy to miss if you aren't using GPS. Maybe don't put them where you can't actually see the buccees from the adjacent road? What were y'all even thinking? That's obviously a dumb move.

Always love coming into this location, the staff is very friendly and welcoming, I needed help finding a specific item and the manager Morgan took the time out of her day to show me where it is and made lovely conversation with me. Very well run location

I had such a great experience at the Buc-ee’s in Terrell, Tx. The store manager Morgan Warrington went above and beyond to help me out when I needed assistance, and they handled everything with such kindness and professionalism. You can tell they really care about their customers and take pride in making sure everyone leaves happy. I will not stand for a good employee being lied on. This manager in no way racially discriminated anyone ESPECIALLY of the Hispanic community. Mentiras y chisme will not be tolerated.

I would come here for the brisket sandwiches. Drove an hour to satisfy the pregnancy craving. I’m allergic to many sauces, barbecue being one of them. They were cutting the meat right in front of me. I asked if I can get one with no sauce and was denied. Not everyone can have or like barbecue. Was the only reason I came and now I need a new brisket spot.

I will never be coming back to this bucees after the terrible experience I had with Morgan, the manager. The cashier called her over for assistance and due to some miscommunication she accused me of stealing and threatened to call the police because she knows how “my people” are. I could not believe she said this to me and after letting her know I would be leaving a complaint with corporate and a review on google she told me to go right ahead because she would just have her friends leave good reviews for her.

I’ve gone to this particular numerous time as I live in the same County. When I pulled I was waiting for this car to pull out of the handicap spot so I could pull in. Well another car pulled out Cpl cars down so pulled in that in that one. Car #1 was a young girl so I assumed she had a older person with her and she had a play card in the front that I couldn’t see, I parked got out looked in her front dash I did not see a play card so she was parked in a handicap no handicap plates or play carts with another young lady and I was talking to her with my mouth saying you’re not supposed to be parking there. So I go inside and I grabbed a manager and I said you’ve got some young girls out there parked in a handicap spot. Do you know that they would not do anything about that so Buckys doesn’t care about the older folks handicap much less about how clean their parking lot is and how caring they are. They don’t care about the handicap now… she said that I could call the office. I said no that’s not my job to do that. That’s Josh‘s job. Y’all should care enough to do that for the older folks in handicap and she didn’t like what I had to say so I was very disappointed in that and how that made me feel in any other person that would be in the same position. Shame on Buc-ee’s!!! In other words, they don’t care all they care about is making the money they don’t give a damn about anything else!!! This place is a total shame….They don’t let Truck Drivers in as well and do you know they would make so much more money!! 🤬😡🤬😡

Disappointed to learn they won't let you customize sandwiches anymore. We wanted a turkey sandwich with no BBQ sauce and were told no. They also haven't had the cheese/turkey/pretzel cups the last 3 times we've been here.

I like this Buc-ee's as well when I am in town visiting my sister. The merchandise is great, drinks are always cold. The food is always hot.
Restrooms are clean.

Witnesses racial discrimination by the store manager who called the cop on an elderly Hispanic lady for trying to exchange an item. Avoid.
