Great customer service!!! Daniel was sooooo amazing at her job! Definitely needs a raise! She went above and beyond and bent over backwards to help me. I will definitely see her for all of my phone needs. Amazing, just amazing.

Awful service!!!!! They ask for photo id but took me out of the service when my boyfriend went up there to take me off the service plan and he didn’t even have to show photo id!!!! He isn’t even the person that opened the account!! They are extremely rude and inconsiderate. If I could give this place zero stars I would.

The employee was sitting on the floor when I came in with a family member who needed to replace her dead phone. The employee never got off the floor to assist. I spoke up and said we needed to purchase a new phone. She refused to assist, never budging from her place on the floor. We left and went to another cell phone provider who was most helpful in setting up a new account.

TRASH! Employee Alicia A-LEE-C-UH in Terrell treated my family and me with the absolute most disrespect. Laid on the floor when we walked in, her excuse was that she was tired wasn’t even willing to get up until other people walked in. Didn’t want to help. Had an attitude the entire time. And wasn’t even able to fix my problem! Who lays on the floor at their place of work and then proceeds to be disrespectful? What a joke! If I could rate it -0 I would?

They were so nice & helpful to me. The only thing I didn't like is that my voicemail is messed up & the best they could do was something along the lines of "it wasn't us, musta been you". ☠️

I had a very bad experience I went to buy 2 cell phones and the girl said that I had to buy a package with 2 accessories that she couldn't just sell me the cell phone and in total I paid $720 for everything and she sold me accessories that I don't need
