Tried grabing a bite to eat a few hours before closing and everything we tried to order was either out, or that station was closed down for the night. This place has never been a good experience. Add to it, the girl on the headset was sarcastic and awful. We will definitely spread the word to avoid this place.

Placed an online order and gave adequate time for the order to be ready (I arrived 10 minutes after est. time steted for order to be reeady). After arriving, I was told that I still needed to wait another 12 minutes. It was not busy, but I noticed other customers were being asked to pull forward to wait as well. The extra 12 minute wait ended up being much longer because when they brought the order to me, the order was wrong. Very disappointing experience.

Slowest service in HISTORY. I do not understand how a pair of people wait for 20 minutes for a simple burger and a plate of nachos. By the time the nachos were ready the burger was cold and seemed haphazardly

There is no hope for this location. The last time we were here (over a year ago) we pulled up to order in the drive thru 30 minutes before they were closed. We waited a good 5 minutes for someone to come over the speaker and no one did. So I called out hello. A lady answered and told me they were already closed. The next day I went in and ask for the manager and the lady I was was speaking to told me she was the manager. So I asked her why they closed early the night before. She replied, business was slow so we closed early.Tonight mother wanted to get steak fingers from Dairy Queen so we gave it another try. The chicken stripes and fries I bought for my cousin's children were over cooked. I got a Taco Salad and asked for ranch. When I got home and opened my bag, there was no ranch and the Taco Bowl was hard not crispy. There is no hope for this location.

I ordered our lunch online, I work about 15 min. from this location but my spouse works right next to it and we do lunch together. I was thinking that ordering online would be the fastest option ,since there is construction that I have to make my way through in front of Walmart. Boy was I WRONG!! I got there and there was not a car in sight. I did not think to much about this due to the fact, I was taking a very late lunch 3:15pm. Well.. we pull up and let her know that I had placed a mobile order and she was like yes, we got that order, it is not ready. My first thought was well I am sure after it taking me a bit (25min) to get to the DQ it will be a short wait. So I pull forward to the "thankyou" sign as requested , she said she would bring it out to me and we start to wait. Well after about 15 min my spouse looks over and says what did you order , I replied a burger with ketchup , mustard, mayo and pickles only & a basket with 1 extra toast and 1 extra gravy. He then asked me when did you place the order , I said before I left the office and came to get you. He then replies no, then gets out of the car to go see what the issue was well about 5 min later he comes out with the food. I was starving so I was glad at this point to be able to eat or so I thought. So let me first start with saying that we paid $30.00 for 1 triple burger and a steak finger basket. Well the fries were cold and hard my extra toast and gravy were missing and they gave me the wrong basket. So needless to say... We will not go back there. If they would have been busy or even got the order right would have been fine but to wait over 30 min for an online order and then it to be cold hard and wrong was too much . I'm over it and Still hungry. or HANGRY as my little one says.

If I could give a 0 star rating I would. Where to begin. The food order had to be changed as they didn't have fries or steak fingers... ok fine but the food that was ordered was cold, burnt to a crisp, or they used old oil. The burgers were so sloppily put together that the bottom of the bag broke into the other bag and the remnants of the burger were all over the other bag. This was by far the worst experience we have had! Nothing could be eaten wasted money as I didn't get it all back either because of fees etc. Ordered through door dash. Driver was fantastic however!

Drive through customer here.Ordered a number 2 meal.Burger patties were dry and hard.Fries were old and stale.Not sure who could serve food like this and believe they are giving someone a decent value for their money.

I went through the drive through. First they screwed up my order in more ways than one. And it took almost 25 minutes to get everything. I won't be going back here.
