used to love this Dollar General but every time I come in here now there's a line of at least five people every time and only one person helping why would y'all get rid of the self check out if y'all don't have the employees to handle the traffic

Why is there No answer EVERY TIME I have TRIED to call this store? NO ONE EVER ANSWERS... This store is close (or semi-close) to my house I go here often..BUT I would rather go across town to the other store where the people are friendly, store is clean and shelves are stocked

The district mgr needs to wake up and get control over this store. Their systems (at this store) "are always down" for cc, and tonight it was self checkout only w the new girl with long hair just brushing it and hanging out in the office texting. No water stocked either... I spend a min of $300 a month at this location, but I'll just drive to the other dg on Virginia st now. Actully no, ill go to anything but dg for now.Get rid of the manager, district mgr, the vp of sales and maybe ill consider going back. Maybe consider paying the employees more to get better quality employees. Pathetic dg, do better! You're welcome for the advice dg.

Im just not leaving this store off Rockwall Ave, with dr. Pepper and ice. The employees today are rude and it smelled like weed through the whole store, they are standing around talking loud and no work. They diffently have no value of customer service. And the ice machine outside is left inlocked and all ice is frozen solid.

This location will no longer get my business. Always understaff, always low on inventory (or the staff never stock), always 1 cashier - lines always long AF on top on the wifi is always down and they never can give change over $20 and you can always tell when type of day the employees are having by them always having attitudes!

Very unprofessional, unorganized! Make their own hours for the past month now. Went in at 9:30 and was told we close in 5minutes which the sign says 10pm. I walked out and asked why they make they their own hours for the past month or 2 now! Need new management & a new team!!!!

Like every day they closing early, today 07/05/2022 they closing at 8:30 due to staffing problem and this it’s every day. It was people like me outside trying to call the main office or corporation to complain and no answer
