These guys saved our butt's in an emergency break in situation. We needed all 4 windows in our F250, and they had them installed within 24 hours of my phone call! Outstanding.

Made an appointment for a windshield installation today between 9-12pm. At 1:19pm I called the office to inquire the status and to inform them I was scheduled for the above. The young lady placed me on hold contacted the driver came back and stated to me “He said he came by and didn’t see the vehicle, and he called but something weird happened with that, however he is an hour away, and processing another job, so he can come to me afterwards”. I replied that was unacceptable, she said well what do you want me to do, then switched up and started telling me to not yell at her then she hung up on me. My insurance company has already paid for the glass. This is very poor service and I’m not even sure what’s happening now.

These guys do honest quality work for a great price. My windshield got smash by a rock, went to the big name window repair guy my insurance recommended, they were going to charge me over $1340. Was outraged, went to my dealership, they said they don’t do window replacement and outsourced to Elite Auto Glass and I can see why! They were well over half the price and even came out to my house, replace my windshield and did it right then and there. I live a little north of downtown Dallas so that was awesome! Fully recommend these guys, my truck has all the safety features like lane keep and other tech, all works perfectly 3 weeks after.
Only writing this review because I keep seeing the commercial for the big name guy and they are a complete rip off and these guys deserve the praise.

I recently replaced my Lincoln front windshield with Elite auto glass. Scott helped me through the whole process to make sure it is done right, he is very responsive and professional. I am very happy with their service and will definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality repair/replacement.

Dropped off my car and 2 hours later it was ready 2021, they done calibration as well, they do work for insurance like progressive but you can always pay without using the insurance so deductible don't get on the way, you can save money that way? these people have done it again, I called in and scheduled an appointment, in a matter of 4 days, everything was done, and done well, thank you for all that you do, stay Great! ???

What can I say…this place is amazing! I had to get two windows replaced very quickly and the team here was able to get me in with less than 24 hour notice! Showed up at 7:30 for my 8am cause I drove from Lewisville to the Terrell shop. They started on my car early! I can’t thank the team enough. I was done in less than 2 hours. Let’s talk price…they were less expensive than Safelite and weren’t going to make me wait two weeks for glass.Services: Installation

Buyer beware! They will do a less than adequate install and when trim pieces and gaskets come off after their install you are out of luck. They did a shoddy install on an explorer windshield, trim pieces flew off, gaskets were all cut. They won't even cover a dime of the repairs needed because of their "workmanship". Thankfully Rockwall Ford is at least covering 50% of the repairs.If Yelp would allow zero stars, this would be the first business I'd ever give that rating.My fellow car owners, you've been warned.
