First of all, let me start with Ms Julia Grays as your Gm….. amazing and totally unexpected gift today. I spoke with Ms Julia and explained my request and she was aware of what I was asking and was kind enough to accommodate my request. I truly thank you and appreciate your kindness. I am a Military VA Travel Nurse and will sleep well tonight with you granting me an hour in your pool. I travel everywhere and am in remission of cancer, I really needed the hour in the pool. I am a current rewards member and will remember this kindness. Thank you ! 🙏🏼

We booked a room over a month ago. We arrived with our two small children to check in. At check in the attendant tells us they cancelled our room due to a leak and they have the wrong info on file - but some how our info is right on our account… then tells us they have 1 room available but can’t book it because their card system is down. We are 4 hours from home and no hotel within 30 miles is available with two small children. The attendant was incapable of empathy, thinking outside the box, or offering any type of customer service. He was absolutely useless. He called his GM and Assistant GM but no answer. He instead of continuing to try and reach them or text them or leave them a VM he gave up. Imagine feeling desperate for the available room so your family can shower and have a safe space to sleep for the night knowing one room is available but the attendant can’t figure out a way to override the system to allow us to stay there. I am outraged by this hotel and this hotel chain.

My family and I traveled from San Antonio, TX for a family gathering and chose to stay here from May 25th to May 28th. I am thoroughly pleased with everything. However, this morning at 6:30 am, Terrell, TX was struck by a tornado. I want to take a moment to express my gratitude for the staff. They were incredibly selfless, ensuring everyone's safety and well-being by providing water and snacks. With two little ones in our family, aged 3 and 1, I am immensely grateful that everyone in the building remained safe, thanks to the attentive staff who made us feel secure.

Stayed for 3 nights for my nephew’s graduation. Being a QAE/Trainer Manager, I see the room needs attention to details.
1. The beds skirts were hanging on one side and the other side was too high.
1. Did mot vacuum well.
3. Spots and stains on furniture I wiped it off with warm cloth.
4. 3 bath towels, 2 wash cloths n 2 hand towels for a 2 queen size bed rooms is not enough, should be a minimum of 4 full sets of towels, hand towels and wash cloths.
All is good but the best part was the front desk clerk (Alexander) had the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! He could use a raise and a promotion I would do it on the spot!!!

Alexander The Great was a great team member. He greeted us with a wonderful smile and personality. I would recommend family members to this hotel based on his great customer service. We held my nephew's graduation celebration at this location.

Love everything about this location. Right next to Buccees and other places to eat. We arrived earlier than room was suppose to ready. We wasn’t expecting it but they got it ready early anyway. It was unnecessary because it was our fault but they did it anyway and it is much appreciated.
Rooms: Rooms were clean, shower was 5 stay, staff was great!
