Excellent customer service! I left a bag there after paying & they helped me replace it even after the bag was missing. I appreciated this so much & would definitely return based on the wonderful staff alone.

I like this location. Today was a little hectic but the store associate who was greeting everyone in and assisting at the registers was so nice. I didn’t catch her name. But she made my day with her great attitude.

This is the worst five and below store to exist. Who is the corporate team that oversees this store? This is unacceptable, I called 11 times before they close and they didn’t answer a single call. Is this customer service? I forgot my bag and all I wanted was for them to make sure I could pick my bag up the next day. That is it. Please see the pictures attached where not ONE call was answered. Please visit any other five and below because you are GUARANTEED to have a bad experience here. And they have the audacity to ask you how your experience was at checkout when you are paying. We weren’t even greeted, but they need that to pump their ego. I WILL be reaching out to corporate because this is unacceptable and unprofessional.

The associates do not follow the sale signs and make up prices saying that only certain things are on sale. Even though there’s several items showing to be on sale, specifically, the summer outdoor games. They said that only a couple of games are on sale, it doesn’t apply to all of them. It’s a guessing game which ones are on sale and which are regularly priced.
