Management needs to train better their employees. How can you lose a package...twice? I purchased 2 items... they lost 1 of my items and didn't bother to let me know or gave me the option to pick up available item. I waited almost 6 days, after my order was stuck or lost and no one notified me about my order. After I called online CS twice, they finally told me that I can go in store. Why no one, from the store, called me to give me the option to pick up the item that was already there? So they lost second item, and they order me another one. When system told me that my item was ready, when I get to the store...they told me that they lost my package....again. to come back later. So I asked for a manager, and employee told me..."for what"? I had to wait 30 minutes....I make them find my package, and they finally found it.

My last two pick ups did no go well. The first one was not complete even though I made the order days before. It took them about 20 minutes to complete it. The second one was buried in the cage, and again took a while to get some one to get it out. It was a mini split on a pallet. To make matters worse, it was damaged.

This is the one hardware store that you can go to and find the help and product. I tried at a large competi, starts with a "L". Couldn't find what I need nor anyone to help. No matter how many red buttons you press for assistance. No one ever comes. At Home Depot, I find help always quickly. They know their store and products. I ordered a table also. Had it delivered here. Tren was so helpful. Other workers also offered help. Best store and staff are located here!

God awful store and management. We have spent thousands in just a couple weeks time and their assistant lady is rude, unprofessional and should not be a manager. Another assistant I spoke to ASSURED me Miguel the head manager would call me first thing last Monday morning and never heard a word and that’s because this store is a clown show and they have each others backs and could care less about right and wrong and customer service and doing the right thing. They’re about to get thousands in returns and I will take my business to Lowe’s or McCoys over the way I was treated by a manager and all I was doing was following the cashiers orders on where to go and take my receipt as I have done several times before. Just complete unprofessionalism and the lady who is a manager needs immediate training on how to be respectful, professional and courteous. It is most definitely going to be their loss and not mine. And we opened up the largest resort and only resort in this area so we were gonna spend tons of money at this particular Home Depot until this pitiful excuse for a leader rudely spoke to me and jumped in front of my car as I was some kind of thief. I was even with an elderly veteran who stays at our resort and he was a retired preacher and totally in disbelief and shock t the way this lady spoke to myself and approached me the way she did. Shame on Home Depot and the store manager for not caring enough about wrong doing and customer service to want to address this big issue and I pray that everyone will read reviews line time this and take it to heart before you support a big chain company who does not give two cents for the customer and only care about themselves and cashing that paycheck. It’s absolutely disgusting

Horrible. Miguel Fuentes and Jacquelyn Preston are refusing to rectify a situation where they falsely accused and had a 70 year old well known gentleman arrested for shoplifting after he scanned his member number and items into the self checkout and then left.
This man has spent over $30,000 with them in the past 2 years. What an absolute TRASHY move by Home Depot!
If they want to stop accidents like this from happening …. HIRE CHECKERS!!! We aren’t your employees and don’t want to “check ourselves out” anyways!

I must express my disappointment with the service I received from Home Depot in Terrell. Despite speaking with several individuals, including Jerry, Christy, and other members of management, I have not received the assistance I needed. Promises of callbacks were made but not fulfilled. I had to keep calling back to get them to talk to me. Furthermore, my mower was not properly registered in the system upon return, resulting in a delay in my $2813.42 refund since July 1st. When I requested compensation for this mistake, Jerry informed me that he was unable to assist. This issue was caused by this store and now they can’t help me. I’m so disappointed on their customer service. The situation is further exacerbated by the delay in receiving the other mower. Unfortunately, my experience with Home Depot online has been equally unsatisfactory. As a result, I have incurred additional expenses to hire someone to cut my acre since I don’t have a riding mower, exceeding my initial budget.

Absolutely garbage service specially for the prices of everything I came in during The Weeknd and was looking to purchase a couple of weed eaters so I dropped in found what I wanted and the hunt for a employee to open the cabinet began on 3 separate occasions I found and asked if someone could open the weed eaters up and all 3 left said I will get someone and no one would come after 30 minutes of waiting in the lawn and garden area I finally decided to leave and go to ACE HARDWARE as soon as I walk in they are on my tail asking if there is anything they can do to help I was in and out in 5 minutes compared to waiting around for 30 minutes for rude staff acting as if I’m inconveniencing them by asking to buy there product so not shop here .

loaders hide once they see you need help. Sometimes, my mother in law or me go to buy lumber, and they all seem to notice us struggling and go hide. It's annoying, we are building a house so we are buying about 5k-10k of lumber every week. But it's our fault for going to that Home Depot.
