I had a great experience shopping at Jockey thanks to Christian! From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a warm, welcoming attitude and offered assistance without being pushy. He was very knowledgeable about the products, helped me find exactly what I was looking for, and made some great recommendations based on what I needed. His customer service was top-notch—friendly, patient, and professional throughout. You can tell he really cares about helping customers and takes pride in his work. I definitely left the store feeling confident in my purchase. If you’re shopping at Jockey, ask for Christian—he’s awesome!

They're clothes aren't true to size. I weigh 117 pounds & Jockey extra small is more like a medium. They're clothes are really big. I love Jockey, but have decided not to do business any longer with them. I do most of my shopping online. I paid $30.00 for next day delivery and wasn't aware of a cut-off time. Neither were managers at the Tanger Outlet Mall. I contacted Jockey corporate office and they were rigid they weren't going to refund my money. I placed two separate orders paying $30 each for next day delivery and just had to take a hit. I don't know about you, but $60 hurt.
