I've been a customer at Lone Star Credit Union for many years and, my experience has been overall pleasent.
The tellers, are very helpful and knowledgeable and provide EXCELLENT customer service.
I can't end this post without mentioning MY good long time FRIEND, Jackie Hume, who was my teller from another banking institution. To have her working at LSU, was a great choice. She adds First Class professionalism.You can feel her presence at the door, welcoming the customers. I am pleased to reunite her acquaintance again.

I have been with Lone Star CU for six years. The first few years were great. Now, not at all. The credit union stopped using an interface for advances without providing prior notice, the staff are not very friendly, unhelpful, and lack training. I am shopping around.

My credit score was 715 and my utilization of debit was 16percent. I make a 120'000 dollars a year. Rosa called me twice. I was denied a loan. If you are a hard worker. And need some help. Please don't go there.

I've done business with many credit unions over the years but Loan Star Credit Union has to be the best one yet! Specifically, Amy - one of their excellent Lending Service Advisors, made the process from start to finish extremely easy and FAST!! Loan Start Credit Union has earned my business for many years to come.
