Although I had booked an appointment, there was a 30 minute wait due to being short staffed. However, what really stood out was the customer service. Amy was amazing and was the best part of the experience. You can tell she really cares about the customers.
Edit: Just to let yall know, I got the manicure on Tuesday and by Friday it was really chipped on the edges. I was pretty inactive with my hands so not sure what happened. Was really satisfied with the service but no longevity :(

Great place to get your nails 💅 done.
Requested style: Got stiletto nail extensions. Shape is beautiful. Great customer service and tasty drinks. Also got the organic pedicure, highly recommend!
Cleanliness: Very clean inside. Did not smell like harsh chemicals. All items used on me very clean and sterile.

They are amazing at Lotus. I have my nails done every few weeks, and I always have designs. And they are very talented there. I tried their facials today. And also I can say, is oh my god, it was amazing.
Specialties: If you have never tried lotus nail bar, you need to. They are amazing there and they will take care of you.No matter what the issue is. They can design anything that you ask for. They also have any color including cat eye and chrome.
Cleanliness: very clean an organized

I got the Deluxe pedicure, Kay did amazing! It was such a relaxing experience. The crew here is very helpful and friendly. The hostess is also very sweet and attentive. I can’t wait to spoil myself again in the near future

I absolutely love bringing my daughter to this salon! We always have a great time. I was so ready to give 5 stars, but here's the thing: when I was paying, I found out that if they do the French white tip in an oval shape instead of straight, it's an extra $15! 😳 I just agreed in the moment, but honestly, I would have said no and stuck with the regular white tip if I had known. Might be worth it to some, but just wanted other ladies to be aware that is they ask if you want it oval, SAY NO lol
Other than that, the salon is awesome!

My daughter and I love our nails/toes, but this wasn't the most relaxing experience for me. I left feeling uncomfortable due to a weird joke that was thrown my way. The front desk was pretty nice and did what they were supposed to do...(asking for drinks, checking on me, etc). This was my first time here and I'm not sure I'll go back, but I appreciate the people who were nice and welcoming.

This is my second visit to Lotus Nail Bar, and I’ll definitely keep coming back! I had Lee both times, and he remembered that I’m growing out my natural nails, making sure not to cut them. I’m so happy with the service and the attention to detail—highly recommend!

I wanted to leave a review from my first visit today. I want to start off by saying we were completely happy with the service we received, my rating is due to things that happened at time of payment.
My daughters and myself each received gift cards for Christmas. I was frustrated to learn at payment that none of the promos or discounts could be used with a gift card. Additionally my 10 year old was given a manicure and it was not discussed with me first, when we only requested her nails painted. This doubled the expected cost for her service. Also, we paid with gift cards and cash, but were charged an additional fee for using cash. It says cash discount on my receipt, but it was ADDED to my total, not subtracted. We unfortunately will not be returning and will visit 1 of the other salons in the area for future services as I believe we were overcharged and there was nothing I could do at time of payment.
