This place literally sucks they have poor management and are always making up rules and doing whatever they please to suit their needs so they don't have to work as much the pool will be open to 9 one day and then 10 the other they are all over the place and have rude coworkers especially the security detail guy he tried saying they sent out emails to close the pool early but there are no emails stating that

Moving into Magnolia Grove with my little one has truly felt like joining a caring community, not just finding a place to live. Our favorite part of each day is watching my child’s laughter fill the playground while I chat with friendly neighbors over morning coffee, he’s already made two best buddies! If you’re searching for a warm, welcoming home in Terrell, Magnolia Grove is the perfect place to be. I wholeheartedly recommend checking them out!

As a first time renter Magnolia Grove Apartments made everything so easy. When I signed my lease, the team answered all my questions and walked me through each step. On move‑in day, my apartment was spotlesswith fresh paint, clean carpet, and all the appliances ready to go. I even have a very nice washer and dryer! The community is peaceful, neighbors are friendly, and the office staff is attentive whenever you need something. If you’re renting for the first time Magnolia Grove in Terrell is a fantastic place to call home!

I’ve absolutely loved living at Magnolia Grove Apartments in Terrell. From move‑in day onward, the process was seamless—leasing was straightforward, the team was responsive, and my new home felt polished and ready. The grounds are always well‑maintained, with lush landscaping and clean breezeways, and there’s a real sense of care in every detail.
The on‑site office staff goes above and beyond. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and Caroline (and the rest of the team) always greets you with a friendly smile and clear, helpful communication. It’s rare to find management that truly listens and follows through, but Magnolia Grove consistently delivers.
As for amenities, the community pool and clubhouse are perfect for unwinding or hosting friends, and the dog park is a big hit for pet owners. Parking is never an issue, and the location—just minutes from shopping, dining, and major highways—means everything you need is right around the corner. If you’re looking for comfortable, worry‑free living in Terrell, Magnolia Grove is the place to be!

Managers are very helpful and professional, area is convenient in location and activities, and the apartments themselves are the best that I have been at! Price is very forgiving compared to areas around like Forney, Mesquite and Kaufman. The apartment is modern and all appliances are new models. Never had an issues!

I moved in 02/07 and my apartment was not make ready. The first night I turned on my kitchen sink and it began to leak. Maintenance was able to ‘fix’ the first round of issues. The water damage in the photo you see was fixed by putting a piece of vinyl. There was food on my floor when I came in. Dog chewing on the closet and patio. All very noticeable issues if someone took the time to walk through they would’ve seen it. Notifying management- Karina laughed in my face after verbally expressing my frustrations multiple times. Management cannot handle escalation. I notified Caroline multiple times of issues, but management stated they were unaware of the issues. Management wasn’t willing to remedy my situation on a further scale because of miscommunication within the office. Won’t be renewing my lease and I suggest you don’t start one here. If you confront management they will tell you they can’t schedule service for you anymore and can walk in whenever they please. If you care about your safety and mental health- not your best choice.

Nice property. Towing of vehicles is a huge problem here. You must call in to let the front office know of any guest or overnight guest parked on property. This includes parking in front of property, on the street, tow zone for sure! I have never lived where towing is so bad my friends won't ever visit. Because I got towed moving in! Will they give you a break NO!

All the staff is very welcoming. I enjoy living at Magnolia Grove anytime I need maintenance they are quick to get it taken care of. I don’t have to wait around for days like my old apartment place. Marco and Jose (maintenance ) are in tops of things! It’s close to all the shops and all my neighbors are pretty nice! The office staff is nice and they have get togethers for us and welcome our family as well!
