Found some items I wanted to try on and soon as I was headed to the fitting room they were roping off the fitting rooms at 8:30pm. Keep in mind the store doesn’t even close till 9:30pm and I found no signage anywhere in the store stating that the fitting rooms closed at 8:30pm. Total waste of time walking around finding items only to leave them behind as I couldn’t try them on.

We love the Manager Tracy at the Terrell location. We are his Zara girls lol. He has the most loving funny personality and makes every shopping day a great one. He has a great spirit and shows lots of passion in his job. He is a big reason she shop here.
