We went there to purchase our fencing materials. Not one person acknowledged us when we walked in. (3 emplyees were at the front)We walked around with our tablet and tried to get one guys attention. Went out to the yard to see if we could figure it out...still nothing as we left.

My husband and I only needed shingles for a patch job on our roof.
We had been to a couple of other stores and could not find the color we needed. When we went into McCoy’s Rayleigh brought out the books showing all of the different brands and colors. She was very knowledgeable and very helpful. She worked with us until we found the perfect match. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. Thank you McCoy’s Terrell, TX!

I experienced the best customer service from outside forklift drivers, Naim and Tony. These are young men of good integrity and character. McCoy's they need a raise in pay and position. These men will make great managers. Keep up the great work. I pray you young men excel.

By far the worst experience ever . We had been in there before and everyone was very friendly but today we walked in there were two older folks didn’t even say hi standing at the register so I said hi. They didn’t ask us if we needed help or nothing . When I finally went back ip to the front to ask for help they ignored me at first then proceeded to ask me what I needed and I told them I needed help with wood and the lady was rude when she finally went to help us .
I work with the public and never have treated people awful. Definitely don’t recommend this place especially if your Hispanic

What kind of hardware store doesn't carry Flex Seal products? Hardly anything on their shelves. Pretty sure Boomers are the only demographic of people keeping the doors open to this place. And how are they NOT out of business with The Home Depot literally right next door. Even Walmart carries Flex Seal.

While my overall experience with the store has probably been a solid 3.5 over the years, the service I get from Ray every time I talk to him is outstanding.Several days ago I was in looking for some very specific pieces of rebar, and while they didn't have him Ray gave me several suggestions that I might be able to use. Today I bumped into him in the grocery store and he approached me to make sure I had found what I needed for my project. This guy talks to dozens if not hundreds of people a week, and he still remembered what it was that I (a random retail customer, not a business customer) was looking for. These days that level of customer service is incredibly rare and appreciated!
