I brought my PC in to Nate's Computers because it was infected with malware and many viruses. I was completely locked out of my own computer and I thought it was unrepairable. My first impression of Nate was that he is very kind and service oriented, he reassured me every step of the way, as this was a very stressful event. Nate is very thorough and made sure I was completely satisfied with the result. I am very happy because everything on the computer was retrieved, and the price was fair and affordable. When the computer was returned to me, it operated even better than before the issue happened. I would recommend Nate's Computers to anyone. Nate is extremely knowledgeable and absolutely exceeded my expectations.

Wish I could give 10 stars ?. Mr Nate is a absolute pleasure and professional fellow to do business with. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Always trying to find the cheapest and best solutions to solve your problems be it big or small. Old school values and not expensive. He even followed up to check on my wife's computer that he got up and running. Mr Nate was able to fix her computer even when the Geek Squad couldn't figure it out. Very highly recommended! Thanks again Mr Nate for exceptional service.

I have a HP desktop computer that after two years the mother board crashed.As a senior citizen and not knowing much about computers it is hard to trust anyone until I met Nate.I found him most knowledgeable, friendly, years of experience, and someone I could trust. After a few days, Nate had the computer back to running faster and better than before.Thanks Nate......Outstanding job.

Nate knows his stuff! Took in my Thinkpad that was password protected and full of junk and he returned a better-than-new system that is smoking fast....all in under 24 hrs for a reasonable price! Great guy! Great service! Thanks!

I stopped in because I had left my computer charger at work, 30 miles away. Nate didn't have a new one, but sold me one that he was actually using. He saved me. Very nice gentleman.

This morning my computer shut down with audio and visual messages to immediately call microsoft security. I called Nate, who heard the message, and before saying hello told me to unplug and power down my computer. He was able to walk my technology challenged self through steps that got me back up and running. There's no doubt that Nate is knowledgable and skilled. Equally as important to me though, is his calm manner and sense of humor backed me off the edge of a near panic attack. Thank you Nate, you are a true computer guru.

I Recently Brought my Macbook Pro to Nates' Computers in Terrell, Texas. I had some pretty serious issues with the computer. I was incredibly impressed with the job that Nate did and how well my computer is working now. However, that is the least of the good stuff to share. Nate provides a wonderful, friendly and caring service to his customers. You feel like you have known him all of your life. Moreover, Nate contacted me multiple times, during the process, to keep me updated on what was going on with the computer and what his plan was to fix it. If that wasn't enough, Nate does great work for more than fair pricing. It is obvious that Nate is in business to serve people. He could teach a lot of managers and business owners many things about building successful and effective customer relations. Nate is nothing short of impressive.

Nate's saved my Lenovo laptop! I was closing the lid one day and the hinge just snapped and shattered the screen. Once the parts arrived (he made sure to shop around and get me the best deal), they said it might take up to 24 hours, but they had it ready and better than new in just a few hours. Nate is so friendly and affordable. If you need repairs done well, you should definitely use Nate's. I hope I won't need him again any time soon, but it's good to know we have such great place here in Terrell when computers break.

Nate and David are the only people I trust to fix my computers. They saved my almost new laptop from having to be replaced and worked miracles on my desktop.They are knowledgeable, friendly and professional with a vast amount of knowledge. I can confidently recommend them for any computer problems or questions you might have. We will be moving 2 hours away, east of here very soon, but I will make the drive so my computers can be repaired by someone I know I can trust.
