Lady with knee brace stopped me at the door to immediately tell me “There are no granny panties or any thing in this store to fit you.” Very hateful voice also. I could have been shopping for a teenager birthday, but she assumed by my large size this store was not for me.
This store needs to be closed and hire all new staff that wants to work with the public and stay off the phone playing games, etc.

Called and No Answer…. Plus looked on website and when I selected Sleepwear nothing came up!!! 💁🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️😳😳 This is part of the reason that Tanger Outlet in Terrell Tx. doesn’t keep stores and really sad that that area has went down hill… 😥😥 I love supporting local businesses but when there is no appreciation back to customers, this is kinda what happens 😢😥😢 Owners should read the reviews and try to change it for the better 🙏🙏🙏

I visited this location and the staff were absolutely terrible, rude, unhelpful, sitting at the front video calling their friends. Wouldn't check to see if there were sizes for me. An old lady and an younger lady. Not good for business!
