Horrible experience. They broke my vintage plates and tea cups stole some other personal items and the owner has to be the rudest person alive. They need to be shut down immediately. Waited an hour to get my car because two black men approached the gate and the immediately called the cops on them. Even the cop said they have numerous complaints on this tow yard.

This tow company really needs to be shut down they don’t go by Texas law, they are Disrespectful, Has No Respect for people belonging, stole Stuff out of the vehicle I’ve called about the stuff they that was missing and didn’t get a call back. I’ve never dealt with a tow yard that don’t let you get your own belongings.

Horrible driver this truck sat for over an hour in a parking lot blocking traffic and also blocking a vehicle in by keeping a vehicle actively hooked up to tow. Could’ve had at least two more repos in this time. DMV lets anyone have a license these days.

Absolutely awful service makes you wait several days to schedule an appointment. You schedule an appointed time and you get stuck waiting. They have no regard for others or consideration for time. Get told you can either continue to wait or schedule an appointment for another time due to their lack of professionalism. Very rude, have no empathy towards you just waiting around as if you don’t have other things to be taken care of . Should have noted in the scheduling that not scheduled tome will be held to that time.

According to the TDLR website you're supposed to allow 24 access for people to get their items as long as you tow 24 hours. And you do tow 24 hours. So you're breaking TDLR rules by only allowing a small time frame. Also idc that I have 90 days, I'm afraid to drive that far and my items be missing from my car. You have at least 30 reviews about theft from your company from items in people's cars. I don't see that many people making that up. And also fix your automated machine. It very clearly states that I can pick up items after hours for a fee. When that's not the case. When I called they said that's only for vehicle redemption. But the automated message very clearly states item redemption. Very misleading.
This place is only helpful to the people with money. After dealing with them and reading the reviews, they are only helpful to the people who call for a tow, but the people that have their car repoed they treat like scum and steal items out of their vehicles apparently. I've read 30+ reviews about theft from vehicles. I called the other day about trying to schedule getting my items out of my vehicle. I work nights, this place is almost 2 hours from me, the latest appointment available is 9:25am, I cannot safely drive 2 hours away after working all night. On the automated system it says if you need an after hours appointment for item redemption you can schedule for additional fee. So I called to inquire about a 12pm or 2pm appointment so I could get a nap in before driving so far. (Mind you they are open 9am-5pm.) She said no, item redemption is only until 10am. I asked about the after hour appointment, she said that's only for vehicle redemption. I called back and the automated system clearly states item redemption for items out of your car. I begged for a 12pm or 2pm arrival, DURING THEIR 9-5 BUSINESS HOURS, and was told no. It's ridiculous they can't work with someone that's driving 2 hours away. I could understand if I was asking for after hours, but I was literally asking for a time slot between their 9-5 business hours. This place is a damn joke. I decided to just let my items be a loss, because of all the items theft reviews I read, because i would be pissed if I drove 2 hours away and half my shit is missing. So I'm just calling it a loss at this point.

My son car got repossessed in Walmart parking lot and we finally got ahold of someone this morning and was told we had to wait til Tuesday to get our personal belongings, because all they have is appointment times and I was told that my groceries that I just purchased will be thrown away regardless of it being save able. I was also told that if I wanted to receive my belongings today that I needed to pay $150 after hours fee,but my food will be thrown away regardless SMH .Please beware and I see why they have low reviews,and people stating they stolle property I believe every word!

After reading all the reviews I was really skeptical about this business . I had a few words with them on the phone because of my perception of them from all the bad reviews. It took me a lot to get my stuff, to the fact I had to set an appointment up and deal with my late husband auto company. They are not worth a sh””. One more recovery gave me back my: laptop, two guns, all my fishing rods and more. I pray this can ease someone’s mind.
