They rejected my good credit card that I have had for about 15 years. It is on auto pay and had a few thousand dollars available credit. Used it 30 minutes later in Canton with success.

#Quick trip 1 star rating is for your equipment failures. I been going to QT for a really long time all over US. Been coming to this QT for a year now and equipments here are always out of service Come on QT every equipment is falling apart or out of order not working this is not even that old of a QT. When are you going to start fixing the new coffee machine’s they are always out of service. this is exactly what happens when you rely on electronic too much. Ice machine is out of service at the software station too many fruit flies, flying around by the coffee machine, trash cans inside. End this on a good note the morning crew are very professional, courteous, helpful. They’re doing their best. So thank you morning crew!

Worst QT I’ve seen, half the cup sizes for fountain drinks weren’t stocked, only one of the four ice makers were working so the line was backed up. Then several of the drink syrups were out and only dispensed water, and the one we got turned out to be very flat. Not coming back to this location, don’t waste your time.

Staff looks at you standing at the counter. They didn’t even notify someone that a driver was standing at the fuel desk. Very disappointing as a QT. Same for someone at the regular checkout as well. Sad faces for this particular QT

QT! They have everything one could need while traveling. Bring the kids inside you may end up spending too much. I know (usually) when I'm stopping at quick trip they have a decent bathroom. The inside is clean. There is hot prepared food. Cold sandwiches and fruit. Gas. Beer wine. Whatever you need from a gas station rest stop. And most are "safe places" and you can get help if needed.

Unfortunately, management and corporate executives NEED TO KNOW…. That the young girl manager at 3pm on 3.16.24 ignored a woman crying and suffering in extreme distress from sexual/physical abuse that HAD JUST OCCURRED moments ago. I asked to speak with the manager and ALL I CAN SAY IS….. this privileged little girl has OBVIOUSLY NEVER been through anything in her life because when I tried to inform her of what was going on…. She walked up, stated I heard that you wanted to speak with me. No name. No respect or professionalism. Then she said I am aware of the lady crying but I AM NOT GOING TO GO IN THE BATHROOM. She then walked away from me. I then met the lady in the convenient store and gave her 8.00 to eat and recommended calling the police and informing them that Quick Trip management offered NO Support or Assistance in her traumatic injuries/experience. I am a military nurse of over 25+ years and was ashamed to see such behavior. Quick trip needs to do better or just learn how to dial 911, like I did.
