This year I purchased two new Subaru's from Norm Reeves in Rockwall. Recently we took them in for the first service appointments and I can't say enough about the quality service we received! This was our 3rd Subaru purchase in the last 6 years and we love them all. James Brown was our sales person and he did a great job helping us trade in our 2020 Ascent for a new 2026 model. He was great to deal with, attentive and very knowledgeable about the car.

I inquired online and got a call back quickly. Cameron was absolutely amazing. He was not pushy. He answered all of my questions. He made me feel comfortable. Given the circumstances of why I was getting a new vehicle, he was very understanding and professional. The process was fairly quick and Cameron even sat in my Ascent with me to set everything up. If you’re in the market for a Subaru, I highly suggest you start here. Even if they don’t have what you are looking for, they will do their best to get it! Wasn’t stressful at all, and they play great 90s country.

I started coming to Norm Reeves because it was the closest subaru dealer to my home. At first I dealt with Josh who is super nice and helpful at getting me everything I needed. But honestly they are ALL super cool! ALL OF THEM!!!! From service, to buying a car, to even finance!!!!! It was the smoothest buying process I had ever experienced and probably would’ve been smoother if I wasn’t so picky about everything lol!!! But I really appreciate Josh, David and Devon!!!!! Oh, and Jimmy in finance lol!!!! Thanks for being so awesome!
