No Stars, I've never heard of secure Care self storage who are you to charge twice the going rate for a unit that size with climate control. I did not make any agreement with you to pay $190 monthly premium especially without any sort of climate control. Oh since you demand a star for this post I demand my premium price cut back down by half not that bait and switch applies to just price let alone at a cheap storage place.

Looking for a storage facility in Terrell and stopped by this location and the lady I think her name was Ashlyn was very helpful and knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had so I think this is a good location when I decide to rent because of the great help she was for my decision
