Too hard to try on clothes at this location. Go ANYWHERE else. Usually 1 dressing room for the whole store. 2 open if you’re lucky.

This store use to be one of my favorite places to shop but it has gone down hill! The staff is rude. Last night a lady came up to me and my kids and rudely said no drinks allowed. Today I go in and the cashier cant even hand me my receipt. He just says your receipts right there. Everytime we go in the fitting rooms are closed. Its definitely not what it use to be! Horrible place to shop now!

I was at Ross on Sun 12/21 and Monday 12/22: The Ross store in Terrell the employees were not very friendly. There is no public restroom. Which taking away from your sells. I had to leave the store and go home before I was finished shopping to use the restroom. The staff is rude and constantly telling everyone over the intercom there is no drinking at this location. Which several customers left during these times. Which means more sells lost. There were employees setting up for Valentines and acted like the customers were in their way. This was 3 and 2 days before Christmas. Just FYI this store needs some work with friendly staff, and the store never has an open restroom. I Love ROSS. But my locale ROSS. I don't think I will be going back there anymore. Do not feel like a valued customer. So disappointed as this is new location and it feels rundown already.

This Ross is so unorganized it’s usually my go to because it’s closer to my house but it seems like every time I go they never have it organized. Today I was looking at the boys clothes and that section was just such a mess. You couldn’t even walk through the aisle because they had it horrible back there! The racks weren’t even placed correctly and there were boxes and junk just everywhere!!! HORRIBLE!

Really good prices and had good options on suitcases. We also liked the water bottle selections. Things were organized even though it was busy.

Love Ross but waiting in line far too long to check out is why I didn’t give it a 5 star. Overall, employees were cordial and friendly.

The line at the store is wrapped around and all the way to the back of the store. There were 2 cashiers. The manager is useless. This is not the first time this has happened. Love Ross but my family will never go to this one in Terrell again.
