I have been a customer of TBT for over 10 years. I have always been pleased with the integrity and consistency of this bank and have recommended it to several people. I recently had an issue with my mortgage and spoke with Celeste at the Terrell location and have never been more satisfied with customer service. She genuinely wanted to help me, did not seem rushed or inconvenienced and went over and beyond to communicate and follow up with me. She took extra care to take my issue under her wing and I am so thankful. I feel some comfort when I have a bank that cares on my side.

The people are very freindly, but are lacking some customer skills. I made a cash deposit and the teller never verified the amount of the deposit. Prior to this transaction, I deposited a check and I was told the funds were available immediately. Then I was called from the bank to say,the bank hadn't received their money for the check,so don't spend anymore. I could see this type of reaction from this bank,had I always had a over drawn account but never have I had a negative balance. I really feel like race plays a part into my situation.
