Have had a climate control storage for 7 months and it has easy access, moving racks to help load n unload stuff which makes it so much easier! Miss Teresa the property manager has always gone above and beyond to do anything she can to help or answer and questions I’ve had!! She is a delightful lady to rent from !! I recommend Freeup Storage in Terrell Tx!!!

I’ve been having storage there ever since the original owners owned it Don and Pat. I’ve seen several workers in and out, but Theresa has been the best I’ve seen. She’s always there with a smiling face offering to helping hands. I think she’s the reason a lot of people continue to use Free Up Storage.

Man I tell you what Teresa and her people are the best. I’ve never felt more comfortable with things that mean the world to my family being in the hands of others.
