It’s always a bummer when you need transmission work because you know you’re about to have to drop thousands of dollars! We found Kelly’s shop on google and decided to give them a try. I’m very big on bedside manner and they did NOT disappoint! From on the phone to in person Kelly and his crew are AWESOME! When I dropped off our 2017 Chevy Silverado one Monday morning I was warmly welcomed and was even given a ride back to my house (25 minutes away) by a lovely girl named Kim who I really enjoyed visiting with on the ride home! I was gonna order an Uber but Kelly said “absolutely not!” They checked out our truck and called us the same day, gave us a price that was over half the price of the other places we had called, and said it should be ready Friday but possible even Thursday. We then got a call Wednesday morning telling us it was ready! Just as a heads up there is a 3.99% charge on your bill if you pay with a credit card (which Kelly did tell me he wished he didn’t have to charge the fee but the bank makes him) which was fine with us. With how much cheaper it was the fee was worth it. There’s no fee if you use a debit card though. Anyways, we will be back if we have any other issues but hopefully in this economy no time soon! THANK YOU SO MUCH KELLY AND HIS CREW! We finally got our well loved truck back!

Transpro in Terrell serviced and repaired my Camaro, was having what thought to be a transmission problems and was quoted from a different shop a very high price to fix my car issues. Transpro fixed my car and got me in quick and even picked me up to get my car from my job. Great Service with good honest mechanics, would highly recommend. Thanks Transpro!

DO NOT RECOMMEND: I can't even give this shop or the owner of this company 1 star. My 82 year old widow Mother took her car down because it was making a humming noise she just asked them if they could check the transmission. After being down there a week she finally called them to find out her vehicle needed the transmission rebuilt. They had the car for almost a month. Went and picked it up and not o my was the humming noise was still there and the motor was running rough. The car was taken back on Nov. 14th amd they had the vehicle till Jan. 17th at which time they was a I'll have problems so the car was picked up and is having to be taken to a different transmission shop and to have the motor looked at. i would not recommend this transmission shop to my worst enemy. The owner and the manager both contradict themselves.

Wow! If you need a GOOD mechanic this is definitely the place to go! Kelly went way above and beyond to help me. Transmission fixed and I was back on the road again in no time. He was great with keeping me updated on how things were going in the process. If I ever need help again this is the place I will go!

Stopped in on Friday afternoon having transmission issues. Knowing I needed my truck for the weekend they recommended an additive I could try. It worked! I truly appreciate these guys for their honesty. It would of been easy to make a buck off me in this situation. Instead they offered suggestions on something I could do and it got me down the road.

If you're looking for a warm hearted mechanic shop that does everything in their power to make things right, fair and square, you've come to the right place! THESE PEOPLE ARE AMAZING!!! Shout out to Mr.Kelly for always keeping a cool head in the blazing Texas heat, and the owner for running such a fine establishment for season veterans and new bucks wanting to learn the trade. 10/10 Would recommend and will be coming back if I run into any new issues.
