We never actually got to use their services but were stuck without a tire at 0200. I believe we spoke with Dominic but I may have the name wrong. They didn't have the tire for our camper, but attempted to find it at several other places for us and gave us advise about going into Dallas. We were able to get a tire and get on the road, these guys were super kind. Thank you guys so much.

The condition they have let this place rot into is very sad. 20 years ago i loved stopping here. We would all meet up and have dinner then ride east. This place now looks like it belongs in South Dallas, Shreveport, Jackson Mississippi, Atlanta. Just another nasty southern truckstop. No pride. Why is it you get north of i40 and truckstops are cleaner? North of of i70 cleaner… I’m just thoroughly disgusted that this type of filth accepted. Get some pride

These TA truck stops have a long way to go. Plenty of parking Truckers Just go slow parking lot needs completely re-done. Sad knew is restaurant is closed and has been for a while. The stores been remodeled some but bring back the restaurant! Men's rest room so so. Not bad but still not as good as it could be. Men's stall doors? Things need fixed. I see it at all these TA,s most need revamped and some need to just bull dozed down and start over. Iam just being honest. Of coarse every things to high like all the other truck stops. Price gouging I call it. Any how good people but the maintenance fuel island parking lot construction. Looks like they just patch shit instead of fixing it right. Yet plenty of parking. I cant speak for womens restrooms or the shop because I did not go in them.

Fix your darn pumps. It’s been 3 weeks at this location. All of the pumps maybe spit out 2-4 gallons in 10 mins.

I pulled over to sleep for a few hours during a two day move from MS to west texas. It was well lit and moderately busy. Facilities were clean and I felt safe as a solo female traveler. I recommend parking in the side lot if able, people parked next to me all night in the main lot.

I visited thus location for a DOT inspection on my trailer and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with the technician, Benjamin. From the start, his service was below expectations. He provided minimal guidance as I pulled into the bay over the oil pit—essentially just standing by offering minimal assistance.
After completing the inspection, he walked away without a word, leaving me with no understanding of the next steps. After waiting for some time with no update, I went to the front desk to check on the status. The manager informed me that Benjamin was finalizing the paperwork.
There was a misunderstanding on my part regarding greasing the trailer as part of the service. Once the manager clarified this, he instructed Benjamin to complete the greasing. Benjamin acknowledged the request but then got into his vehicle and left without explanation. As a result, the manager had to assign another technician to finish the job.
This experience was frustrating and unprofessional. Clear communication and follow-through are critical in this line of work, and both were severely lacking. I hope this feedback helps improve future service.

This truckstop Sucks ,Employees thinks Truck Drivers owe them something ,Managerment needs start replacing Employees or BP needs to Replace Managerment and It Only thing that will help Hire good Employees

3 stars for plenty of parking.
-1 star for country pride being closed (appears to be permanent closure) so now we have junk hot box food.
-1 star because the game room has been reduced to 3 claw machines. Devoured a little ways off route for the now no longer present pinball machine.
