Kait was absolutely amazing. She knew everything!! It was seriously impressive. She was like Zach Gallifianakis in The Hangover, except with Verizon stuff. Be sure and hang onto her. Might even take her to a Casino and see if that works out too.

Wayne was the best. He got us out of our old slow phones and got us brand new ones and at a steal of a price. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Wayne is the reason we will be coming back again and telling all of our friends to shop there.

Wayne was a doll. We had such an issue with the credit people because our finance limit was so low after paying off our devices which I do not understand but Wayne was there through it every step of the way and he made what could have been a very unpleasant experience into a pleasant one. He was compassionate, sympathetic, kind, understanding and a pleasure to deal with. He was a professional through and through. He should be the head in charge.

Wonderful service from Kelly. In Texas from PA and my phone stopped working. Kelly quickly showed me my options, carefully went over billing, and had me on my way. I didn't want to drive 20 hours with a phone that I couldn't rely on and Kelly made sure I was taken care of. Thank you!
