The Manager Elizabeth at Walmart in Terrell was very rude and unprofessional. I asked Elizabeth if someone could unlock a case for me and she said I will have to wait until she can get the keys then she walked off and started putting money in another cashier. I told Elizabeth that I thought her walking away from me was rude and Elizabeth response was she is working so she can get the key and she explained that. Elizabeth was very unprofessional and rude and it does not appear that she is a morning person. I did don't understand why she was opening up registered at 6:55am when Walmart opens up at 6am. I went to two Walmarts this morning to get something that was locked up in a case and I was able to buy the item because no one had a key then I had to deal with rude supervisor Ms. However, Ms. Karen was very sweet and Ms. Karen took her time to explain to me that they get the keys when customer service open which is at 8am. Maybe Elizabeth should take some pointers on how to speak with customers. I was also confused with Elizabeth appearance she was wear a pink shirt with no name tags or Walmart vest plus her mouth was dirty. If Elizabeth can't even manage to clean her mouth and look presentable to the customers then how can you run a store. If I could rate 0 stars then I would. Elizabeth was very unprofessional, rude and she does not know how to talk to her customers. Walmart you should consider a new process regarding items that are locked up in a case because the store opens up at 6am and a customer should not have to wait until 8am to buy something that Walmart decided to lock in a case the n Walmart hires unprofessional people who cannot effectively communicate with the customers the Walmart policies.
