I just used Wampler’s RV for the first time to have a couple of issues taken care of on my Super C. I was very impressed, they fixed my issues and kept me up to date along the way. I highly recommend!

Forgot to hit post on this before, I'm sure I'll have good things to say again! We were having issues with our 5th wheel developing a crack near the front and trim pieces falling off. Brad was promt to do repairs and followed up when one repair didn't take. When complete, we put 3000 miles on the unit in 2 weeks with no further issue. He and his crew were a pleasure to work with and I will trust him with future work as well as recommend him to friends. Thanks Brad!

Customer service is TOP SHELF and the prices can't be beat. The work they did for me was outstanding AND they had the RV ready when they said it would be READY.I have not experienced this kind of exceptional service in so long I thought it was LONG GONE and nowhere to be found...... We are in TX visiting our daughter. We are parked for a few months, so we needed body work done from an accident that happened prior to our arrival.Called Brad on Friday, he came out Monday, looked at work and estimate emailed next day. They repaired body work, replaced slide toppers, repaired toilet, roof repair and hydraulic stabilizers while we were gone and RV was ready for pickup as promised.Professional, awesome work, excellent customer service and communication - all at a fair price! Highly recommend Brad, Lauren and their team!Service: Body & Trim

Professionalism, courtesy, pleasing customers, and serving God. What a great model for business and a great pattern for life! I confirm that Wampler’s is the real deal. They fix everything — including the kitchen sink. Seriously, they replaced the sink in my Oliver travel trailer. They also replaced the water pump. They were experienced in their craft, meticulous with their work, and completed the job on time. This was a great experience and I’ll plan to return because they do maintenance as well. I recommend Wampler’s RV Repair!

The other reviews are confusing, as we never received ANY communication without calling and requesting it. The prettier, shinier, newer models seem to get top notch service! We don't fall into that category. The repairs made to our older motorhome are disappointing at best. The paint was applied over dirt, bugs, and old vinyl. It is pocked and rippled in multiple places. They left us a smashed dash, and didn't even bother to repair the fiberglass around the windshield wiper that was damaged. They bolted in the door of our generator, making it very difficult to access (I cannot open it now)! We don't have an inside generator switch! Again, no communication. They "found" a sink that "would work" and used a decades-old, split o-ring to install it! Leaky sink! And it's massive, takes up the entire counter space. They charged our insurance for 61.9 hours of labor. Where it was spent is amystery. They appear to have charged us/insurance for many estimate items they didn't repair or even touch. Some items were hidden behind the bolted front panel until we arrived home. These include a frame that is still bent, a bolt that isn't into anything but is supposed to be holding the frame together, and nothing securing the top of the front panel. Why they were recommended after tearing a hole in the side of my extended family's RV is beyond me. If you're poor and live in an old motorhome they treat you accordingly it seems. My favorite part, the lies we received when asked about payment. At first when my husband said debit card, Lauren Wampler stated the "card machine" wasn't working. We had no checks, and the closest bank was 47 miles away from me. Lauren then stated that well, she really didn't want to have to pay a fee. Then she offered to split the fee. I refused. So they held onto our RV (full-time home) for another day after eventually saying a cashier's check was the only way we could pay. I made the trip to BUY a cashier's check an hour away from our current residence. When we arrived, Brad Wampler starts in with how "any payment over $5000 is frozen by our bank and we didn't get paid for the last one." Uh huh. Get a different bank. The worst experience in my 42 years aside from my Invisalign nightmare. Abysmal.Service: Body & Trim

While driving RV Trailer to Shreveport, with bicycle rack attached on the bumper, the bumper broke. I called several places in Shreveport and no one was willing to repair. I called Wampler RV Repair in Terrell (Dallas) and talked to Brad's wife and they were very nice to squeeze me to take a look at my bumper next day on our way, Brad looked at it, gave me a quote and the following day they replaced the bumper with a new bumper, the work they performed on a short notice was fantastic and I was able to continue my trip. They were super friendly. If you are driving your RV through Dallas corridor or able to swerve through Dallas corridor for your RV repair needs then definitely give them a call, you will not be disappointed.

My interaction with Wampler's was a little unorthodox. I had been stranded on the side of the road for some time waiting for roadside assistance. The brakes on my RV were locked up and this was my first ever adventure with a new unit, or really ever towing a camper. I suspected there was a "simple explanation" for my problem but I did not know where to start. I called the folks at Wampler's and a friendly woman (I didn't capture her name, but thank you) answered and we discussed my issue . She patched me through to a technician (Elton). After a short conversation we had identified the problem and I was on my way! They completely transformed what had become a quite stressful situation with ease, generosity, and kindness. I sincerely appreciate you. What the world needs is people, and businesses like this!Service: Brakes
